I purchased a treadmill from Branx.
There were a few issues e.g. mat and cover not sent, treadmill not collected by DHL for more than a week - but Peter Jones of Branx was helpful in keeping me updated and issued an immediate refund for the 2 items not delivered.
So, although there were issues, the 5 Star rating is for the service received - and the treadmill itself is a solid piece of kit!

After faffing about and reading numerous reviews and many regarding the leading names,far from good and pricey,I picked a Branx treadmill.I dealt with Suzi who was friendly and informative and matched the right treadmill to my needs.She contacted me twice regarding a minor delivery problem and the couriers were very obliging by taking it down a flight of steps which I had been led to believe they would not do.So far,4 days ,and all appears ok.Exceptional service from all involved.

We received our treadmill in December, a day or two after ordering. Comms with regards to delivery and set up via emails and texts were clear and concise.

The treadmill took minutes to set up and is used a few times a week by my wife and myself. The different programs with variable speeds and inclines are useful, as is the Bluetooth connectivity with my Garmin watch and phone.

Would definitely recommend.

I had acquired a Branx treadmill but had no manual, I needed some guidance on how the programmes worked so sent over an email, they no longer stocked that model but past my request to the engineer who explained everything in an email of what I needed to know. It just goes to show that Branxfitness treadmills truly stand the test of time as the engineer said this was one of the 1st models they ever made back in 2008. Well I can say the person who had it before looked after it well and its still in good working order today after 13 years . Thank you for your help.

From initial first contact Colin and all the team at Branx have been very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for fitness equipment. We wish them continued success. Alan & Carol

We've had our X-Fit cross-trainer for a year but sadly after setting it up I developed a painful knee problem and have been unable to use it. I loved it when I did use it. Getting back on it again there was a loud dry creak from the flywheel with every revolution. My inept DIY attempts to fix it failed. I phoned Branx just to get advice on the phone, but Suzi got back to me very quickly to advise that an engineer was in our area the next day and could call in. Super COVID conscious and conscientious Paul arrived at noon and worked very fast to fix the problem in spite of a tsunami of silicone lubricant everywhere (my fault....).

I never expected an engineer to visit, let alone so soon, and am delighted that the machine is once again whisper-quiet. Suzi's efficiency was staggering and communication by phone and text first-rate.

This is not my first experience with Branx customer service and, like first time, is faultless.

I have waited until I completed Couch 2 5K on the treadmill to post my review of my Cardio Pro Treadmill to give it a good test. Now I have completed it I can honestly say this treadmill has exceeded expectations.

I found searching for an at home treadmill really confusing and tiresome, with so many brands and some costing far more than I was willing to pay. When I saw Branx fitness and saw all their good reviews, I trusted this would be the one to try.

Everything from the customer care and follow up and delivery, show this company care. Plus the treadmill itself is everything we needed. Easy to use, can fold it up if needed, easy to clean and look after.

Really impressed and I’m glad I have the treadmill to help with my new goals of becoming a frequent runner, which usually is disrupted by the winter rain and cold.

I bought this treadmill 8 months ago, I had bought another brand before and after 2 months of use it developed a fault. The branx one when it arrived you could see the difference in quality straight away, no knocks or bangs when using it running & walking and I was a heavy lad 120 kilo, since using this I'm now 97 kilo so it's done its job I got it for. I did have a problem a few days ago with one of the back transport wheel which they sent me free of charge and I received it in a few days. Brilliant after service and a great treadmill, would highly recommend.

I've had a great experience with Branx, delivery was delayed due to Stock however they kept me informed the whole time, when it arrived I had an issue, Engineer promptly arrived within the week to attempt a fix. Was able to get partially working however would need a new part to fully resolve issue. Sales and aftercare asked if I was happy to wait a couple weeks and if still no stock of spares a full refund. Unfortunately no stock but full refund honoured. Once stock issues are resolved will definately be back.

I purchased the Branx Elite Runner in July 2021. I wanted something solid and "Gym standard" but not at Commercial Gym prices. The Elite Runner was a good choice and offers a good running area and some good features. Suzi at Branxfitness pulled out all the stops to have my machine delivered on time (to dovetail with a period of quarantine after a foreign holiday!). Delivery was smooth and no drama. The machine is relatively easy to assemble and is solid. Since then, the machine developed a minor fault on one of the speed buttons but having reported it to Suzi, their Engineer turned up early in the evening 4 days later to fix the problem, again with no fuss. I would definitely recommend using this Company.

Excellent product, easy to set up and use, fantastic communication and all round great service

We took delivery of an Elite Runner Pro in November 2020. 9 months later we are very impressed by the treadmill and the customer service when we had a problem. The cup holders are too shallow and the speakers are not worth having, but it is sturdy and feels almost as good as the treadmills used at the gym. I would definitely recommend this treadmill and company.

Had my treadmill for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Any issues have been dealt with swiftly and rectified. Absolutely amazing customer service.

My Roger Black, treadmill gave up last Saturday weep weep, it was 15 years old. So I wanted something a bit better a bit more modern and at a affordable price £479.50 bought me one nice looking piece of kit bought it Sunday, got a call Monday to deliver yesterday but we were out for the day, so booked for today, I got a call 7 mins past 1.00 we will be with you in about an hour, spot on 1.45 it arrived. Two guys carefully took it out in a big solid box, took it to the place I wanted it and asked if I needed any help, I didn’t, but it was nice to be asked!. So I was going to leave it a few days, but curiosity got the better of me, talk about easy what, 2 bolts and 6 screws all hexigan key type, easy, checked it over, perfect, set it up, got it going, checked the oil and levelled the belt, used it and I can recommend this piece of kit, 6’1” plenty of length for long legs, the wife has very long legs, great position for standing safely between the arms, it feels like a heavy well built machine, very quiet, solid, no belt slip. I am impressed for its money. I’ll let you know in a year if I have any issues, but for some reason I just don’t think there will be any. The service has been great, well done Branx.

When deciding to purchase our very own treadmill earlier this year, extensive research revealed that of those which matched the required specification ( fast enough belt speed, sufficient motor power, treadmill running area size, etc) often did not meet the requirements in other areas such as reliability, ergonomic design and customer support.

So, in opting for the Branx Elite Runner pro, I was delighted by the fact that the unit does indeed live up to the plaudits offered by the Branx customer base as well as the claims made by Branx for this machine.

As a previously experienced domestic runner and athletics enthusiast, I often enjoyed three 5K hill runs a week, augmented with rowing, cycling and weight training on top of a physically active career as an engineer. Most of this came to a relatively abrupt halt after spinal problems in 2019 which required corrective surgery last year. Though recovery has been relatively swift, it had left me with the need to avoid the excessive forces induced by road/hard surface running combined with a much diminished muscle mass which somehow still needed to be resolved with a careful training regime. And this is where the Elite has come into its own. A strong selling point for me is the added cushioning offered by the its relatively unique design of the running platform. The Elite has allowed me to resume running again, with the assurance that any impact damage is minimised to a degree not afforded by other treadmill designs.

Like most active sports enthusiasts I have often used professional gym treadmill units. To describe the Elite as a domestic unit is (in my opinion) a misnomer, which with experience to date in operating the unit should be classified as at the very top of that category and as close you can get before struggling to find any ‘professional’ unit which can match it in design and features, let alone cost.

The Support:

Throughout my experience of deciding to purchase, setup and running of my Elite Pro unit, a consistent thread of a strong support team has been present. From my initial inquiries concerning power consumption, through purchase, delivery, installation and resolution of minor teething problems and through parts supply after initial operation, the quality of the Branx support has been attentive, re-assuring and beyond that normally experienced, setting a gold standard for other companies to follow.

I bought a Branx Cardio Pro Treadmill in Jan 2016. I could not fault the treadmill. It felt very well built and of good quality and was very reliable till May 2021 when it suddenly died. When I contacted Branx, I was told that they no longer stock any spare parts and so nothing could be done. During the period of 5 years and 4.5 months, the machine was well looked after and had no issues. So I am quite surprised it failed.
This made me wonder if all Branx machines are built to last only for just over the warranty period.

Very good experience. Ordered a treadmill and was kept up to date with emails regarding delivery estimated times. Delivered within this timeframe . Very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service. I didn't have any customer service issue to raise but it did feel like these would be addressed quickly if I had . I would recommend this company based on my own experience

Elite Run Pro Treadmill

I bought an Elite Run Pro direct from Branx treamill in Oct 2019 - almost two years ago - would definitely recommend it and them.

It's been a solid and dependable thing that I use several times a week since then. The only maintenance required has been to lubricate the treadmill-belt every few months.

Unfortunately a caster wheel snapped off when we moved house (movers helpfully didn't tell us!). Was pleased when, on emailing Branx support they helpfully sourced a replacement part in a few days and had it delivered - great support staff.

Having read some reviews suggesting set up was complicated, I did have some concerns. In fact, I found it very straight forward.

The treadmill itself is excellent. Strong, sturdy with more than enough speed and incline for me. I also like the fact that you can play music straight from a USB stick. The manual states that with bluetooth the music is controlled by the music player. The sound and skip forward/back on the treadmill all do work on bluetooth for me. I can confirm that I am very pleased with the purchase.
