I have ordered jewelry from them…
I have ordered jewelry from them several times with international shipping, I am completely satisfied with them. They have a very wide selection, their jewelry is truly unique. The delivery is always fast and accurate.

2-4 days? Should say 2-4 months
This company will continually lie about ship dates. Send the wrong item, drain will be missing. Customer service is so polite they must be AI, but their sinks ship from India. They are more a drop ship company with vendors oversees.
Expect a two month wait, expect mistakes, expect overly long replacement time.
We just waited two weeks for a replacement and they just sent tracking for the last (wrong) sink that was already delivered.
If you want to risk it, I would order 4-5 months in advance of needing it. I am a contractor and this is one of the worst experiences in 17 years. I tell customers to avoid these type of companies but the heart wants what the heart wants.

You would have noticed that the first delivery attempt was on 21 December 23 but she was absent, and so also in the following days. You can simply check the tracking.
