Please kindly be advised that your order was dispatched on 24/11/23 by Royal Mail tracked service with tracking reference KL909913866GB. The dispatch information with tracking number was also emailed once the order was dispatched. Upon checking the tracking status it confirms that Royal Mail tried to deliver the parcel but there was no one available to receive delivery so it has been returned to local collection office. The parcel has been waiting to be collect since 28/11/23. Please see below tracking status link confirming this.

How buying on the web should be
The process was smooth. Product description was accurate. Ordering simple and it was delivered when expected. The clock itself is probably of high quality - time (ho-ho) tell given the price tag.
A downloadable user manual would have put a cherry on top of the pie.

Watch & delivery fine! Technical issues caused them problems with their phone line. They have since contacted me & all is sorted!
No problems with the delivery or watch! Very fast delivery & lovely watch!
However I had to return the watch (got exact same watch as gift). I had an issue issue getting a response to my online message and found it impossible to get through on the phone. However Braun did respond to my second message & informed me they had technical issues with the phone-lines. They have followed this up with 2 phone calls & an email (after my 2* Truetpilot review) to ensure my issue is sorted. They refunded my order & the all is fine! I have winced edited my 2* review to a 5* review! Would purchase from Braun again.

Poor delivery service; product brightness very low
Delivery took 3 weeks longer than expected. There was little tracking process. Finally i had to collect the items myself from the post office.
Customer service response was vey poor
I cannot understand why a delivery company with little experience of international deliveries was chosen

Many thanks for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. The delivery lead time quoted on our website is estimated. In your case the order was dispatched on time but it was held up at custom which took additional few days. When the parcel is at customs, we nor the couriers have any control to escalate the clearance.
