I've used Braun Shavers for 40 years…

I've used Braun Shavers for 40 years and I have never been disappointed until now. I've used the series 8 and it was a great razor but when I retired recently I went down to the series 7. What a horrible unit this has been. The idea behind going from a series 8 to the series 7 was to save money in my retirement. The series 7 I can not get a good shave and the charging unit that should clean and charge only charges it fails totally to clean

Delivery fine, communication poor

Delivery was fine, on time and in good condition. However, communication was poor with all related emails arriving only after delivery was effected. Furthermore, the absence of contact details (apart from a web form) means if something does go wrong, there really is no way of remedying the situation.
