Brava Berlin 

I ordered shoes and they arrived from China, the incorrect size and very cheap quality. I contacted customer service to return which they said I could if I shipped back the product at my own expense to China. I did so and provided proof of shipping with tracking and they then said I would not get a refund until the item was delivered. After 4 months, they claimed the item is still processing and cannot refund me. It has now been 6 months and their customer service emails now bounce as undelivered, so I wonder if they are even still in business.

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. The product was horrible, very cheap quality. And while they promote ‘100%’ refund guarantee on their website, they hide the real information about you having to ship the return NOT to ‘Berlin’, BUT ANOTHER COUNTRY - China. This is fooling the customer. If you’re truly customer centric, you would HIGHLIGHT the actual return process on your website and then let the customer make a choice if they want to purchase or not.

I ordered a size 42, but it might as well have been a size 38. The material is completely cheap plastic. And then they scam you by telling you to ship the product back to China even though the original items were shipped from a warehouse in Germany. So if you want to buy shoes that are cheap and support a company that aims at tricking it's customers, this is the one!
