Great Browser, HORRIBLE Customer Service
This company is the absolute worst, the same level as Frontier Communications, DEAD LAST. I have been submitting service requests and calling and leaving voice messages. They never answer the phone or return calls.
The synchronization feature on my 2011 MacBook Pro is not working at all. It worked fine on my 2007 MacBook Pro which, unfortunately expired on Thanksgiving morning 2022. I bought my new MacBook Pro, an early 2011 model, from Wal-Mart.com on 12-3-2022 and received it on 12-9-22. Right away I started having a problem with the synchronization feature. I have been submitting service requests at least once a day for over 2 weeks now and they have contacted me by email only 1 time during this whole period of time.
They are either ignoring my requests for help or are refusing my requests for help. I really don't know how they expect to stay in business by ignoring customer requests for help.
Actually, a company like this, that deliberately ignores their customers requests for help deserve to go out of business.
