Placed an order on March 21st and it still hasn't shipped

I ordered a pair of jeans on their Black Friday sale and the tracking number never worked. They kept telling me to wait there must be a problem at USPS so I did so patiently. Eventually 4 weeks later I get a notification from USPS that the package was delivered. I was at home at the time so I checked immediately and it was not there so I know for a fact it was not stolen, also I live in a rural area and have never had a package stolen. I told Bravestar this and they said it was stolen and there was nothing they could do.

Purchased Mojave style jeans during their Black Friday sale. Wasn't shipped until early December and was lost in transit for weeks. Customer service was slow in responding and basically just said to wait. On January 3rd, it said it was delivered to our address. It was nowhere to be found. Contacted Bravestar again and they said to contact USPS of which I did. USPS said that it showed delivered so there was nothing they would do. Paid good money and waited weeks to receive air. Do not recommend

I purchased Brave Star Selvage jeans on December 19 for over $200 USD. As of today, January 9, 21 days later, I have no confirmed shipping date or delivery information.

I received a message from the website stating my order had been shipped, but UPS confirmed they did not have anything. Later, a representative answered my phone call rudely and angrily, assuring me I would receive a confirmation email that same day, which never arrived.

I am not requesting a refund, I only wanted information about when my order would arrive. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and the customer service is unreliable and unprofessional

Paid for a shirt in pre order fase 180 dollars was excited waiting for a few months. Then got the message the the order was shipped but they never hand over the parcel to shipping company. Never got my shirt because they said it was unavailable now but they refunded me. In the past I have been charge twice for a product due to a glitch on website and only realise sometime after when I noticed it on my statement.

Another great pair of jeans! Bought these on the strength of my last purchase from these guys and I am overjoyed that the green jeans are an excellent pair of jeans. Colour is fantastic, and material good as you can get. Noticed Brave Star seem to sell-out, or make minimum garments as the first Flame Pima Cone jeans (slim taper) I bought are now out of stock. Really good, must have been popular! Get them while you can.

The denim is excellent quality.
The most recent purchase was a pair of , Die Hard Double Knee Gusset Tapered Leg 14.75oz Redline Selvage Denim Jean. Really nice fit and fantastic quality.
Ordered from the UK. No issues at all with the postage from the U.S.
Took around 10days to arrive and that's including Christmas and the new year.

Follow the fit and size instructions online and you can't go wrong.
