Having a personal manager who truly cares about the client and their experience on the dating site it truly Priceless. In my particular case, I have had Issues that were sensitive in nature, and when I was able to express the concerns to Juliana, she immediately was understanding, compassionate, and willing to look into different situations that would help me have a better understanding of what was going on. Her willingness recognized and appreciate that some of the topics can and are sensitive. She dedicated extremely intelligent and above all she is not afraid to get back to you with an answer if she does not know at the time. She has never not gotten back to me with a response and that is something that is extremely rare. She is one of a kind and she definitely stands out with all the administrator that I have experienced in the past.
