Definitely a fake company and website. After you order, you will get a tracking number from Nippon 'Cargo' Express appearing to be associated with (legitimate) Nippon Express, but it isn't. If you wait it out for the 'shipment' to reach the US, your order will be stuck in New York waiting on customs documentation forever. I made orders through both justinpowerequipment.com and bravopowertools.com and both ended the same way. You will never receive your order because your order was never shipped. And it was never shipped because they are bogus companies, but with realistic looking websites and genuine looking shipment tracking (nipponcargoexpress.com).

Definitely a fake website. as earlier reviews mentioned they have a fake shipping company. That within itself raised a red flag but only AFTER I made the purchase through PayPal. I instantly thought " why would an American made generator be shipping from India??? and even more so, why are all the ones IN America on backorder but not in India" lol. I googled the address on their site and they claim to be based out of Oklahoma but the phone number is international. The next day I immediately got on the phone with PayPal and stopped my payment while it was still pending. it's important to act quickly if you've ordered from them before your payment is processed. What I learned is they'll say that your shipment has been delayed by customs or because of COVID-19 and they will stall you out until your payment is processed and you'll be left with nothing. be careful. they almost got me. if it wasn't for me asking myself the American generator from India question I would've fell for it.

This is a fake company. Bought a generator and was given a tracking number so thought all was good. Ordered September 2021. Was supposed to take 21 days to arrive. I receive an email weekly on how it is held up in New York harbor due to the pandemic. Fake company, fake shipping company. Do not buy from this company.

BravoPowerTools.com is a fake website that offers generators and tools and steep discount prices because they are fake. I ordered a Cummins Onan 4500i Inverter Generator on Aug 31st 2021 and they provided fake tracking data from their fake shipping company CityTransCargo.com. After providing me tracking data it tracked the shipment to Jakarta, Indonesia and said it was on its way to New York which is what started my investigation because I'm a logistics professional and the route made no sense at all.

After investigating CityTransCargo.com I found they are a fake shipping company operated by BravoPowerTools.com and WilliamBestTools.com, which are both fake scam websites you can lookup at other review sites to confirm.

I checked my tracking data 2 days later and the consignee was switched to another victim and the shipment was no longer coming to me. I immediately contacted AMEX and got a refund. All 3 websites are operated by the same scammers.
