Wasn’t sure sending a message through Facebook messenger would even help my situation but within minutes of sending the message not one but 2 members of staff outwith office hours fixed my issue, granted it was an easy fix however the 2 women went above and beyond to help me, couldn’t be happier

Been with Brawband for about a year, connection is pretty terrible and drops out regularly. But had no issues with the company themselves.
Then a year in received an email with an invoice attached for nearly £100. This showed 2 months unpaid and the cost of the router.
I was connected in February last year and the payments started going monthly from March with no missed payments. I also checked their website which says free connection, and my contract which lists the price of the router at 0.00.
I emailed to clarify, no apology then says I just owe one month because they take payment a month in advance. Why they didn't specify this and charge double on the first month I have no idea. No answer on why I'm suddenly being charged for the router either.
Then I get another email saying thank you for setting up a direct debit. They had set up a direct debit without my permission to pay my "debt"!
Avoid at all costs, absolutely no customer service or clarity on what they'll decide to charge you on out of the blue.
Now having to pay exorbitant exit fees which there is also no information about in the contract to go with a reputable company.

My internet is fast and I haven’t had any problems with outages or the likes since install. Very easy to organise an engineer to come out and do installation.

While on the phone discussing some assistance I needed with my internet the team at Brawband let me know that they had a promotion on for the same speed at a lower rate. Great customer service and the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't be more helpful. Even better that it was someone local to the area on the phone and was able to understand my situation and location.

Easy to install and great service from the boys who done it , had not a problem since its been on and im very happy with the network as its very fast and no problems to how many things thats connected to it we have all tvs in the house connected and phones and its really great still would highly recommend

Absolutely shocking, had issues all throughout contract with dropped connection. raised a switch request which will happen later in the month. now connection drops 10 times in the same day, stay clear!
After negotiating a price with Brawband on the phone I was told I had to put the order through on the website and afterwards email their accounts team to confirm the price. I did this, and during the order process requested a One Touch disconnection service. I never received a confirmation, or a response to my email. After a week of waiting for things to go through, I tried to call customer service but their phone just goes to voicemail (seriously!). Nobody rang me back, so the next day I called several times hoping someone would pick up and eventually someone answered, who told me my order was never actually put through as the One Touch service 'rejected my order' because it needed additional account information. Nobody called me or emailed me to let me know there was a problem with my order, they just ignored everything. The guy on the phone didn't even apologise or try to fix the situation, just kept saying "well you didn't receive a confirmation email", even though my order was confirmed on their website! Unbelievable, this has caused me a load of issues with my current provider as I've now gone over their cooling off period so am having to work hard to make sure I don't pay early termination fees. Thanks for literally nothing Brawband.
Quick and easy installation. Internet speed is now far better than the previous provider.
Very helpful with advice on what package to choose. No oversell and a very pleasant gentleman on the other end of the phone.
No issues.. my boy set the router up and banged in the password on a few devices and it was that easy for him to do..
