Braze attemped to access 19 personal…

Braze attemped to access 19 personal identifiers via the ScrewFix app.
I have not used Braze so I don't understant why they're trying to steal my data other that for there own profit.
I understand in this day and age that data is money/profit to unethical companies.
So in some way as Braze has attempted to access my mobile phone to harvest my person details without my consent I feel this review is warranted and I have screen shots of the number of attempts they have made to back my claim up.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. This is a technical product, but the technical support doesn't really seem to know what they're doing, nor do they seem to try terribly hard to figure it out. They tend to reply with more vague questions that sound like they didn't really read your questions.
