Actual scammers charging people 40times the amount they paid without letting them know anything about it

Here are pros and cons of brazzers.com

Cons:
1. You actually have to pay for a trial and almost all the videos are still locked
2. It’s really difficult to cancel your membership (you’re literally not allowed to if you have a new account), some have even said they were charged after cancelling
3. The videos are garbage, I was scrolling for 15 minutes and I ended up just closing the site and going to the one everybody uses (the one that’s free and has better videos)
4. Customer support is fake. They have all the buttons for a live chat, phone number and email but you end up waiting forever because they don’t actually have a support team.

That concludes my review. Main takeaway is that you should stay away from this site and DON’T PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON IT. They are living off of an old and obsolete reputation and they absolutely will steal from you, also they don’t give refunds.

If you were dumb like me and you put your card details in there then cancel your card and get a new one before you discover all the other reviews to be true. THIS IS A SCAM!

Shit site. Cant even stream in 4k with a 40mb/s connection. Popups every other tab that incur a $35-$450 charge. Some cooked billing practices where if you cancel your membership you lose access even though they will rebill you if u don't cancel x business days before it ends lmao.

they automatically deduct a large amount from your bank card. this type of payment method should have been banned a long time ago. i wrote to them three times saying i don't want to be a member but no response. i just didn't want to be a subscriber anymore because it didn't work for me. they deducted 40 euros for a month for this. i don't even understand.

Payed for two add-ons thinking it would be for a month. Misread it, instant payment. Out about 450 euro's. Probiller sends you to brazzers, none of them communicate well... or mostly at all... They will avoid your questions if they even answer.
Don't use this website, don't give them money or anything at all.
And no buyers-remorse options here, once your money's gone, it's gone.

Don't buy anything from them. They ban accounts for no reason. I paid for the account for the whole month, and after a few days my account doesn't work, only because I use VPN for security, and they think that my account is stolen because I log in from different IPs. After all, we are in the 21st century and no normal person will use the service from only one IP.
They don't respond to complaints at all, this is my third account where I didn't receive help. I reported the matter to the police, we'll see what happens next.

The videos are great but horrible support.
I was trying to cancel my 7 days free trial. It just said that something was wrong. Then i waited 20 minutes to get to support and then Iana, who i was writing with, just kept offering me deals and i clearly said alot of times that o dont want to buy anything. After 10 minutes of offering me deals she fanilly canceled my trail.

they scammed me. the trial is not free but you will get 7 euros. Furthermore, you cannot log in to your account to watch content or cancel your subscription. a complete scam.

I am unable to unsubscribe from the 1$ deal. I can understand from others that this is a scam, and they try to renew subscription at a ridiculous price. I have had to close my creditcard and order a new one at a fee of 20 $. Don't get fooled ppl

No respect for members. Ripping people off. Does sleep come easy for them i hope not. Was a member in the distant past and had no problem but nowadays fear for being scammed. The billing company is the problem. Probiller have Brazzers & Bang Bros under their wing but until we see reputable companys like EPOCH & CCBILL dealing with them please be advised you are open to these dispicable scammers.

Subscribed to the site, paying monthly but it turns out you need to pay more for all the different sub-sites and dont get any access to videos with the basic subscription ill stick to using the hub

Fraud!! I enrolled for a 2 days trial on brazzers and they automatically enrolled me for Reality Kings even if I unflagged it!! I didn’t receive any confirmation email from Reality Kings and after 2 days they charged me 39.97€!! This is absolutely fraud, they will not give me my money back! Don’t use Brazzers or Reality Kings!!

I had a great experience with brazzers, obviously we all know there is quality content on the site, no doubt about that lol. So I just joined on a monthly membership (those $1 trials always get you lol so I figured I wouldn't bother) and after a couple months called to cancel but spoke with the rep for a bit and ended up upgrading my membership so it ultimately will save me in the long run, dude was super helpful. No problems with customer service, great content, site works well... I think brazzers is a pretty decent investment tbh lol

Like 4 times a year they run this ad saying "Guess what? BRAZZERS IS NOW FREE" on Pornhub. Another ad in capital letters "BRAZZERS IS NOW FREE". It never is. No matter what bait and switch tactic they're using that month, it's never free.

Thankfully I wasn't desperate enough (read: thinking with the right head) to give them my *credit card information* for something that's "free". I just noped out immediately. But even if it's "free" and they require a $1/day (like anyone is going to cancel within 24 hours), that is not free. That's straight up false advertising. There is no asterisk on the ad which I'm pretty sure breaks FTC laws, and the $30/month charge people are complaining about despite canceling - I completely believe it. It's just another version of the same scam every porn site pulls, except at least with the other ones they don't claim it's free with no strings attached.

Also, the quality is just... terrible. It's the fakest of the fake. Nothing is believable. "Actresses" are terrible. And, not to be misogynistic but, they're pretty old.

Just do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. Trust me, it will save you hours and many dollars of regret and there is better content available for free.

Avoid like the plague. Tug TV at its worst. You will find all you need for FREE online. Deceptive marketing ploys that lure you in with the promise of everything but actually deliver very little. In reality its a big scam site unless you tread VERY carefully and read ALL the small print you will rapidly be out of pocket big time. Once you click on that button they've hooked you in and even if you cancel they find someway to keep you hooked in because you failed to read the small print.

Brazzers/Reality Kings/Probiller

Do not under any circumstances sign up for one of these services. They are intentionally defrauding people who sign up for these two websites. I purchased a $9.99 membership on May 9. 2021. I immediately canceled the rebill after signing up. Probiller and the site continued charging me $29.99 a month up until this month. Without being aware that they were defrauding me for over a year, I signed up again for the $9.99 one month trial for both Brazzers and Reality Kings. First they attempted to provide me only a 2 day limited trial even though I signed up for the one month full access trial which was laden with upcharge links to attain the access that I had already paid for. I had to call Probiller to get the access that I already paid for for both sites. At that time I canceled both sites. Once again Probiller and Brazzers and Reality Kings continued to charge me 32.99 this time even though I canceled same day as the purchase was made. Do not sign up for either of these scam sites. Given them your credit card you may as well post your number online.

This might be my first review agaisnt any product or website. I cannot even log on now. I write all this stuff down. Even my credit card warned me of thier "scamming" but did I listen. Now, I will need to cancel my credit card accout to prevent future unsanctioned billing.

Horrible! If I could rate it at 0 stars I would! I paid for a $1 trial on August 5th and was charged $1 three times that day. I forgot to cancel the membership and was charged $39.99 on August 7th and another charge of $39.97 on that same day! They also charged me $1 dollar two more times that day! I logged into the account and dont see anywhere I can cancel it. On top of all of this you dont even get anything for paying for membership, the videos still cost extra money to view even after you've paid for a trail or membership. If you don’t check your email , there would have been no way to find out about $39.9 charge. No explanation as to why your even charged that amount. The highest membership isn’t even that expensive. I NEVER even watched a video. This site is a rip off!!!!!
