I am extremely disappointed with the way your company handles cancellations. I sent two separate emails requesting that my service be stopped. When I didn’t receive a response, I went onto your website and canceled the next scheduled service myself. Despite canceling through multiple channels, your technician still showed up and performed the service anyway.
You also sent an automated email with an option to cancel by pressing a number — which I did — yet that request was ignored as well. At this point, it’s clear that customer requests are not being listened to or respected. It feels like the only priority is continuing to bill customers, not honoring their choices.
Buyer beware: this company does not follow cancellation requests, even when submitted through their own system. This is a shady business practice, and I am extremely unhappy with how I was treated.
