Kevin was amazing!! He was incredibly patient with me as I was not sure what holiday I wanted. He checked every possible holiday with the best deals. He managed to find one in budget in a perfect location and has been on call for any worries or questions I had. The transaction has been smooth and I really could not recommend him enough! Being honest is the best policy when selling you a holiday. This company was total opposite they need to speak with the hotels before hand for updates instead of focusing on a booking
Our holiday was not as they offered

The hotel wasn't open for season so there wasn't a all-inclusive buffet available, we were offered a sea view don't now how this was even possible unless you carry a telescope..

However the hotel did their very best to accommodate us

Have finally just come back from a lovely holiday after our trip being changed twice due to covid. No faults at all had an amazing time, everything was hassle free. Will defo book again, nothing was too much to ask and felt like i was given a good deal and communication was great

Just booked my 5th holiday with these guys. Brilliant service everytime. Polite staff who are happy to help with anything I asked and cheaper than other company's ive booked with in the past. I'd never book with another company again. 100% recommended to anyone.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole the flight was cancelled wasnt informed never had a refund had to book a new flight had to pay myself when we got to the resort they had cancelled hotel had to pay again for hotel never got a refund emailed and phone company numerous times said they were waiting for it to be' refunded gone to ombudsman now waiting to hear what they can do went in september now january

Got my refund Monday but still waiting on holiday vouchers, to make me feel like using this company again.

Sarah was fantastic and patient. I called for a price to Tenerife and she worked very hard to get me the best deal she could. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking again. The emails and updates I have received is way more than I expected. Well done 👏

Cannot fault Break4Holidays for the package deal. Price was excellent and expectations were met. We did however have a slightly terrifying journey on the transfer coach back to the airport on departure day. The driver was swinging the coach round corners and roundabouts without barely slowing down. My partner is a coach driver & was appalled as there was no consideration for passenger comfort & whilst he may have considered he was a safe driver we did not feel safe. He had a box for tips which was probably empty. My tip would be to take more care & consider passengers.

Absolutely awful company disgusting service from start to finish. Dealt with Sarah she’s the most rude incompetent woman you will ever meet. Scammed us out of money which we still haven’t had back. Dreadful company wouldn’t touch with a barge pole

Booked a short break to Iceland for next year, easy to do, got the flights we wanted, great price with hotel so so far all good.

We had a really helpful sales rep Sarah. She discussed what we wanted, advised what was on offer and we have booked a reasonably priced holiday in a resort with great reviews, flight times that suit us and transfers. When another friend wanted to join us, Sarah sorted it out. Really helpful and pleasant service.
