Highly recommend Jocelyn

Very good friend of mind recommended Jocelyn, and I’ve been grateful for that ever since.
We started with osteopath treatments, and I already knew from the very first session that how professional and committed she is to help others to get better both physically and mentally.

Jocelyn kindly invited me to be a part of the FBMR Program, and I gladly said yes with an open mind, as I know how passionate she is about everything she does.

The sessions were very easy to listen to, with great practical routines to follow to help us rebalance our bodies and minds.

Learning that how our thinking effects our physical health, it has definitely changed my mindset of dealing with different types of stress at work and at home.

I’m glad that something like this is available, and I would highly recommended this to colleagues, friends and family to benefit their health and well-being.

Thank you for this opportunity, I’m very grateful.

Jocelyn is a highly professional…

Jocelyn is a highly professional practitioner, who gets to know her clients needs in a way that does not make you feel you are being judged. She works out a plan that is individual to you, the techniques are easy to follow and can be put into any daily schedule. After a few sessions with Joss I felt I was able to deal with certain situations in a totally new way making me feel better about myself. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Really worthwhile treatment

Jocelyn is amazing. I'm constantly stressed/angry or wound up about unavoidable things and over the years my body has responded to this constant pressure in a negative way. I'm a very logical thinking person and didn't actually think I'd respond to the treatment very well given that I have to internally question and look for the logic in everything. However, she guided me through the session, helped the logical part of my brain quieten down and has taught me a different way of dealing with my life. The situations I have to deal with are the same but I'm now dealing with and processing everything differently and feeling much more relaxed.
