We recently had GDPR training delivered by Daniel Purchese from Breakthrough Communications, and it was truly superb. Daniel took the time to thoroughly understand our council and the work we do, tailoring the session specifically to our needs. This level of preparation made a typically complex and often arduous subject both relevant and genuinely interesting.

His delivery was engaging throughout, keeping councillors and staff fully involved for the entire 90-minute session. Daniel has a natural ability to explain complicated topics clearly while maintaining energy and interaction across the group.

I would highly recommend Daniel and the training he provides to any organisation looking for informative, engaging, and well-structured GDPR training.
