Ordered 3 items worth $450AUD a month and a half ago and still haven’t got my order or any tracking details. Will not be ordering from them again this is so disappointing.

Great products, maybe a little pricey but they are still amazing. However, my main complain is the customer service. As of now, I am still waiting for my product and I've sent numerous emails and messages for any updates and I've only gotten 2 in a span of 4 weeks. I really hope the customer service gets better.

I’m not happy I ordered two items and it said 1 to 4 business days and when I email no one responds back and tracking keeps saying being prepared

Super disappointing. Won’t allow returns even though I’ve messaged before they even made the item for a different size. Basically 270$ down the drain. Would never purchase again. Horrible service and horrible business. Seriously.

Absolutely useless brand!! Waited 4-5 week for clothes but the problem is with the sizing, i ordered a large which is what i always use for a singlet, i got the large and it wouldn’t even fit over my chest.
As soon as they get your money they don’t even care to help with a better size which i think should be allowed if it’s a false sizing to what a normal fit is.
Blew $270, don’t waste your time

Company has not shipped my order. They have said that they would and it has not happened. So far, I am out the money without a product and without any customer service.

They didn’t give me my full order. Left out a $60 shirt. No one will respond to any DM’s, emails, or anything. This company is a joke.

To make it clear: most Things you order you PRE-ORDER. That means that you most likely will only receive most Things with the next drop. So yes, you pretty much have to wait more or less a month until your things arrive. Never had complications with clothes tho, and i already ordered three times.

I placed my order with them on August 2nd, and up until now, I haven’t received any message or update at all. This will be my first and last time ordering from them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced

Honestly breathe divinity are just so money hungry and don’t care about customer experience AT ALL. I think the reason they’ve continued to grow for so long is because unfortunately, their clothing is just super cool.
Their website will claim they have items in stock that will ship in 24hrs but somehow you’ll end up on the pre-order side of things, still receive tracking for your shipment and they just won’t ship until months after so that they look reputable and good on paper. In practice? They’re just a load of kids over promising products they have a hard time fulfilling. Good luck trying to contact them anywhere too, they will just ignore you.

After placing 2 orders for 3 items total, overall I would not recommend Breathedivinity.

I think I got lucky with buying only pre made items, but most stock sells out in a few minutes. You need to know exactly what you want to get and in what size and buy it the moment the password drops. Or you will be waiting months for a pre order.
Their claims of 1-2 day shipping for pre made orders is just not true. Both of my orders shipped about a week after purchase and took another week to deliver in the US.

The same 1-2 day claim about their customer service is also bs. After sending an email, instagram dm, then finally a discord ticket was I able to get into contact with someone. The admin was very helpful and friendly, although it took almost a month to get my order reshipped. From other reviews, the customer service seems very hit or miss.

The items are definitely overpriced, you are paying for the brand / uniqueness of designs, the quality does not match the price.

Their discord has a weird cult-like vibe. Everyone is glazing the brand, but I can’t be surprised. There is a dude there named Fahad who is very helpful with sizing and providing pictures of upcoming items, but who knows if he gets paid to do it.

After some time to wear them, the quality is alright for the price. Comparing the oversized shirt and sweats I got to my many young la ones these feel a grade lower. I would describe it as feeling softer but less durable/thick. The prints are nice though. I can't really tell for sure the material, but I don't really believe its 100% cotton. Has a shinyish look compared and feel is similar to other cotton / synthetic blend clothes I own. No tags either so you just have to trust what the website says. The print on the back of my shirt is also decently crooked, which is pretty ridiculous for a 60-dollar shirt.

Sizing seemed accurate for what I ordered. Size L pants could be a tiny bit longer for me at 6ft, and the L shirt is a nice oversized fit but its long as hell.

L long-sleeve compression I thought it would be way too big after purchasing, but it fits perfectly. The website is accurate in that you can't underestimate how tight they are. I would recommend sizing up one for them. I normally wear M compressions.

Overall, I wouldn’t buy from them unless you really want to pay a premium for their designs, ok quality, and want to risk terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are incompetent. What business takes someone’s hard earned money and doesn’t deliver the product for MONTHS, NOR responds to any emails asking for updates? Still have yet to receive my item.

Bought items at the end of june (Release of collection) for 200€+ and still haven‘t got any updates on my delivery… opened a ticket on their discord and i‘ve got a reply WEEKS later. I don’t even have to mention something about their E-Mail „Support“ (non-existant).. Soo basicly their Customer Service and Shipping are TERRIBLE

Never got my items was even told they must have gotten lost during the mailing process. Told I would get a refund, never got one.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago (£25) shipping . It’s not been sent out yet and can’t get a hold of customer service

I ordered something two weeks ago and it hasnt even been sent out yet. I was promised a 2-3 day delivery and even had to pay 30€ for that. The customer service is pretty much non-existent since I still havent got a single reply.
Bot sure how good their products are but i cant imagine it being worth the long wait and having to deal with this horrible service

The 2,2 rating is because the may drop was overkill and they couldn't ship fast enough😂. "You cant even tell if its pre order or not". You can. If you have a shipment notification after a few days you have stock... its THAT easy. And especially if you order a day after the drop happened, you know that you have pre. If y'all would be able to read, you wouldn't have a reason to be mad. The quality and designs both are top notch
