Bought the starter pack for $50.00. Came quickly which was nice. Found my size, all good. Used them for a few nights, great. I looked up how long I was supposed to use them—change them every 30 days. OK. Then I looked up the cost for reordering, expecting it to be in the realm of $50 for 3. Nope!! $100 for 3!!! They’re good but not that good. I’m going back to my snore less now.

For years I have been waking at night unable to breath through my nose. It feels stuffy as if I have a heavy cold, (but I don’t). Then one night my choir director briefly mentioned that as we age we get stuffy at night because the muscles that support the sidewalls of our nose are not so strong and can collapse as we sleep.

Then I hear about nose dilators. Great! And they work!! But they irritate the delicate mucosa of my nose and it gets sore and even bleeds.

Along come Breathwave. A soft mesh nasal dilator. Super comfortable, I feel like I’m getting double the oxygen.

You get three sizes in the pack I feel I can use both small and medium which is handy as I travel back and forth to my daughter’s home so can leave one there.

I truly don’t need the mouth tape or the mouth guard, especially as mouth taping hasn’t had enough research in large numbers to be considered both effective and safe.

The packaging was beautiful but the Manifesto text on the back of the box is illegible as it is in such a dull grey text colour use the light blue colour at the bottom of the box. Many of the consumers using breathwave will be older and find reading text in anything but bright sunlight challenging.

I would love to try them for singing in the choir. But would want a flesh colour as black would draw attention.

I have tried multiple sleep aids over the years and most either didn't fit right, felt stiff, or ended up falling out during sleep. I was excited when I saw this product because it looked so comfortable- and I was right, Breathewave is the most comfortable sleep aid I have tried! I use it every night with the mouth tape. I ordered the product direct from their website. It shipped right away and I was provided tracking immediately. Love it and can't wait to keep using.
