Appalling customer service

I paid for an annual subscription, via Google Play, but the app is only giving me free trial access. The 'restore purchase' option in the app doesn't work and I have had to email customer services 4 times without resolution and only 1 initial standard reply. I do not recommend using this app.
The billing & subscription FAQs on the Breathwrk website tells you to email Google directly to request a refund, if you purchased the app via Google Play. So I emailed Google and got a refund in less than 24 hours. Such a shame Breathwrk can't get a handle on the app glitch or customer service in general.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I was given a “free” three month trial to Breathwrk through a purchase of a program on BODI. One month into the trial I lost access to the app and then I was charged for a year. The worst part is that the company is nearly impossible to contact. You can email them, but you receive an automatic reply that provides dates they are on holiday from 2023-2024. Once they have your credit card information, you have no recourse.
