Softness Surprised Me

after a few hours on the sofa, the way the fabric falls on my shoulders stayed smooth without any obvious creases, way better than my last loungewear that always felt stiff right out of the wash.

This is my 2nd reciew over a month…

This is my 2nd reciew over a month later still trying to get a refund for an item i have not received. They said its been successfully received if it was successful then I would have the item. I have stated in more than 10 odd emails I have not received my item and still no refund I have stated to investigate but absolutely nothing. I have on my last review been advised ro contact customer services to get the issue ressolved I have done that and they are not resolving it. I would honestly not buy from thos company its a con and they take your money do not give the item and do not refund. A form of stealing a utter disgrace. I will make sure that my reviews will be on social media too to stay away from this company. I would not even give a star if I could of. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service also disgraceful

Con Artists

if i could give no stars i would, this company do NOT offer returns / refunds! I have been trying to contact them for over week and they have still not replied - DO NOT buy from them…..I’ve now been offered £14 refund from my initial £21.99 as can’t send back to China, which I have reluctantly accepted, as I don’t feel they will reply to further emails

Great customer service

After putting an incorrect address on my order customer service dealt with my issue straight away and resent my purchase out to the correct address. The fault on the address was my doing but they understood and rectified the issue. The items have arrived and are as they were described.

Great advert but misleading

Great advert but misleading. The knives in the video look like solid wood handles with brass fittings. However, they are just brown and yellow plastic.
