Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 217 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers consistently report that the product is not an air conditioner as advertised, but rather a simple and often ineffective fan. Many feel that the marketing is misleading, with the product failing to deliver on claims of cooling rooms or providing air conditioning capabilities. Reviewers frequently describe the item as an overpriced desk fan, stating that its quality and performance do not justify its cost. People also noted issues with the product's functionality, such as the battery lasting only a few hours and the oscillation being limited to the front vents. Some customers mentioned that the fan is noisy and not very strong, with some even comparing its effectiveness unfavorably to much cheaper alternatives. A few other people also felt that the company's refund process was incomplete, leaving them still owed money.

True scam

True scam. Not only is there NO way to cancel an order, but if you want to return the product once it has been delivered, you have to pay $200 to send it back to Hong Kong. Phone calls to "Customer Service" are immediately disconnected, and filling out a customer support form results in "There was a problem. Try again later." DON'T GO NEAR THESE CROOKS!@

Como es que Youtube ofrece un producto Engañoso en su plataforma

As I stated, YouTube bears shared responsibility for marketing a deceptive product on its platform—specifically, the so-called "BREEZE" air cooler from Cablelinker Electronics Limited—through its promotional video. I received the item on May 27, 2026, and upon testing it, the most significant issue is that the claim that it cools like an air conditioner is an absolute lie. I wish to return it, but the cost of return shipping amounts to nearly $100. As I maintain, this expense should be absorbed either by YouTube or by the deceitful company—which, incidentally, has a disapproval rating of over 90% in its reviews. Shame on both companies.

BEWARE scam and fraudulent charges

BEWARE. SCAM. It’s a fake company and I’m embarrassed that I let this happen to me. I don’t know what I was thinking. I have been caught up by fake products on social media sites before. I was just so excited by the alleged technology of this device. Unfortunately, I did not follow my own rules and check reviews before I ordered.

Well. I didn’t actually order. However, I was still charged. I was on the website and I realized what I was doing. I had already accepted my card number, but I never, ever verified the purchase. And, they charged me for items that I certainly did not even look at. I was charged for a warranty and shipping. I had backed out of the browser, but apparently it didn’t work. I haven’t even received this thing yet. Of course, I reached out to their not real (likely AI) Customer Service IMMEDIATELY. There was literally no time for them to process an order.

All I received was a message saying that they had high volume and they would get back to me when they could. There is no phone number to call. When they got back to me, they told me they could not possibly cancel my order due to their shipping being so efficient. And, to rub salt in the wound, their message said to check my order before verifying a purchase. Again, I never NEVER confirmed this purchase.

Now I’m going to have to spend time contacting my bank to go through all that crap you have to go through when you’re erroneously charged through a scam. Stupid waste of time. I’m really not happy.

Be careful out there, people.

This is BULLOCKS

This is BULLOCKS
there is NO physical option to make the claimed results.
to "cool" you need to "transport the heat"
Cooling doesn't even exist, Cooling is Heat absorbtion and transport te disperse of that energy elsewhere (Outside)
Pls be smart and do NOT believe anything the claim.

As a teacher in cooling techniques I can ssure you the solution they claim to have is technically NOT possible

This is a scam!

This is a scam!! Thank goodness my card was declined for the purchase. I should know by now, that if it seems to good to be true, then it is.
I should check reviews first and not the reviews that are posted on this so called Breeza portable air conditioners website.
There literally was a so called review that was posted 2 day ago. The reviews they are showing are AI generated reviews. Thank goodness my transaction was declined! I tried several times to make my purchase, but each time the transaction was declined. These scammers, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! YOU SCAMMERS WILL GET WHAT IS COMING TO YOU SOME DAY, SOME HOW!!!!! BECAUSE GOD KNOWS WHO THE GOOD AND BAD PEOPLE ARE!!! I just wish I could post a real review on their so-called review website. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!!!!!

It looks like it is coming from an european country but it is chinese crap.

I kept watching these videos of these retired Nasa Scientists who had invented small a/c units pulling low watts. So after much deliberation I bought 2, got a discount $79 each ,1 cost $89. Didn't research company. These things are smaller than a toaster and they are just fans and not very good ones at that. Never buy from any company that you don't due your due diligence on. Lesson learned the hard way

I ordered my fan last summer when the central air went out. I didn’t really pay attention to details and I was so hot I actually thought it was cooling lol. I got it out just now and realized it was just a fan. I don’t remember how much I paid for it but it was around $40, way too high for a small desk top fan. My bedside fan broke so I was shopping around for another one and I had a ah-ha moment and remembered this little fan. But it is a good fan, low profile, very quiet, 3 speeds and the blades oscillate. Just right for my bedside table. And usb to us c connection, remote control, so I don’t have to get out of bed to power on or change settings, a total of 2 feet, LOL.

Ineffective product and therefore overpriced. Doesn't even turn on unless it's plugged in and then it barely blows any air. Not sure if this is a defect in the unit, but go ahead and try to call any customer service representative. The phone numbers they give don't work! What a scam! Shame on this company for ripping off so many people!
