Absolute con
Ask you to pay £1 for results then start taking £24 a month from you
Scam scam scam
Edit: I had to get my bank to block the charges and they still tried to take money so I have had to change my bank details- utterly disgraceful company despite your reply

The app was good, Just not within my budget at the moment but the service I received from Sandra in customer service was exceptional. Much appreciated

At the end of taking the website assessment it asked me as if they were really concerned how much I wanted to pay. I selected the $2 choice. After only authorizing the $2 to be taken, $14.99lwithdraw from them followed behind it. They also are using other merchant names in order to make sure their withdrawals go through. You would think after disclosing your personal information you was dealing with an honest site, but you're not.

I had an issue arise and needed help when something on the site/email wasn’t working. I received a prompt response and they took care of it for me quickly. The service provided was 10/10

AVOID this shady app at all costs. This company goes out of its way to scam you. I got an Instagram ad for it and walked through a questionnaire. I had to agree to a $1 free trial to see the results. I did so and thought the app seemed not at all what I wanted so I immediately canceled it. I saw later I was charged $14.99 for "guides" that the customer service swears I agreed to buy during the sign up. As I was trying to be careful at sign up to make sure the free trial was refundable I have trouble believing it was clearly messaged to me that I was agreeing to pay $14.99 for these "guides." Also the fact that they refused a refund when I complained when it's clear that I never used the app and never downloaded the guides just proves they exist solely to trick people into paying up for more than they want via deceptive adds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend did some ‘test’ which promised a free report but this ended up being for £1 at the end of it, which I allowed her to do on my phone. Immediately, and I mean immediately after taking £1, a second payment of £19.99 was attempted but blocked by my bank. 1 week later, they tried again for another £24.99 which was blocked again.
Nothing was subscribed for and no apps downloaded - the £1 report never was received either!!! Why would they try and take £19.99 within 60 seconds of a payment?? When trying to log in the app you couldn’t anyway so how would you find the subscription? Doesn’t show on Apple. Now seeing these reviews, I can see this happens a lot.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
If the app is that good, why do you need to have such a poor ‘subscription’ process when you can clearly see how many potential customers you have lost?? If an opportunity for a true ‘free trial’ was available and people enjoy it, you’d make much more money….
This has been reported as fraud by the bank as confirmed I have no open subscriptions via Apple or anywhere but from reviews on APP store, they do this to everyone!!

Will charge you $29.99 after you only consented to $1 for their sad and pathetic “childhood trauma assessment”. It’s so generic and vague, it’s likely they used ChatGPT/AI for their results. They Will not refund as they “don’t offer refunds” but they’re fraudulently stealing money from people who are genuinely looking for help with their mental health.

I've been scammed by this company/app at Breeze. I have documentation that proves that I'm a customer, from credit card transactions to emails, to screenshots. I'm currently fighting them on the credit card side but these scammers somehow find a way to tell the credit company misleading information to avoid refunds, and to avoid accountability.
I did the "trial" where I would be charged for the "donation" of $10.
Then, a couple days later, I get charged $19.99.
The next day, today, I get charged another $29.99.
I've attempted to email "customer support" but the replies are templates of generic responses in order to avoid accountability.
Please do not give these people your money; they're all bad. All of them.
I'm going to do my best to expose these people within this company if they don't give me a refund. If I need to, I will do my own version of CoffeeZilla, that itself would bring me more joy, than getting a refund when I expose all of their identities on Youtube, even if they live in another country, I'll find them all. Plus, it's a win-win for me since I'll get paid for exposing these scammers.
With today's technology, finding those behind this app is considerably too easy.
Breeze can try and pull a Bricks and Minifigs towards me to shut me up, but in the end, they're going to go bankrupt after I'm done exposing them all, and their reputation will forever be tarnished until the end of their time, from customer service agents, to the CEO. No one at this company is innocent.
We, the people, must do our best, and on our own accord and willpower, we can expose the people and individuals behind this company. Together, we can bring this company down to their knees.

This company is a total SCAM! Avoid at all costs. They have predatory practices and they hide the details and specific information about all associated costs and fees you will be charged on their website, buried deep within legal jargon, and not at checkout as they claim. That way, they can try and claim “we list our fees on the website”.
Even Trustpilot states on the “Breeze Wellbeing” landing page:
“Evaluating 529 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers reported unauthorized charges and unexpected payments, often after signing up for what they believed was a free trial or a small initial payment. They frequently found themselves charged for subscriptions or additional services they did not intend to purchase or explicitly consent to, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. The pricing structure was often unclear, with many people being charged significantly more than the advertised initial cost.”
I, too, took one of their “free” assessments and then was asked if I wanted to donate $1 to mental health wellbeing before reviewing my “free” results. I agreed to a $1 donation, and NOTHING ELSE. I did not click on any subscriptions or additional services. I received an “assessment” email that was very basic and vague. However, that same day, I noticed a “$19.99” charge on the credit card I used for the $1 donation. I immediately reached out to Breeze, via email, that same day to dispute this unauthorized charge. I received a email response from “Robert” that he was “sorry you are disappointed with the service you received. All online charges are final per the terms and agreements”. Nothing else.
If you read the reviews, not only on trustpilot, but also on the App Store for Apple, and Google Play Store, the overwhelming majority of the reviews are negative and involve this company charging money without proper authorization! What does that tell you about Breeze Wellbeing? That they know exactly what they’re doing, and they will not stop.
You will also see that the company responds to most negative reviews with an AI-generated “thank you for your review. We’ll try to do better.” But nothing about admitting fault, or providing refunds for the significant number of consumers complaining about the EXACT SAME scenario and practices.
They WILL keep your money, no matter what.
AVOID Breeze Wellbeing AT ALL COSTS!
This is a money grab and nothing else. They don’t offer anything of true or meaningful value.

I only wanted to make a $1 donation. Instead, Breeze charged me an extra $4.99 + $14.99 without any clear consent or agreement. When I contacted support, they sent nothing but copy-paste replies refusing a refund, cancellation, or data deletion. I’ve already filed FTC Complaint #202810790 and started a chargeback with my bank. This app preys on vulnerable people when they are at there lowest. Stay far away it is a big scam! ..........................................................................................Hi Breeze Support, Your response does not resolve my complaint. You are still deflecting instead of acting. I only authorized a $1 donation. The $14.99 charge remains on my statement and is unauthorized. A partial refund is not enough. I repeat my demands: Full refund of the remaining $14.99 (total $19.98)
Written confirmation the subscription is canceled
Written confirmation all my personal and payment data has been permanently deleted!
My FTC complaint and bank chargeback are active. U.S. consumer protection laws (Fair Credit Billing Act) apply here — your Terms do not override them. Please stop sending generic replies and provide full resolution + written confirmations within 24 hours, or I will update this review further and escalate to my state Attorney General and update my BBB post.

I initially donated $1 for a“trauma test.” At the point of purchase, the service did not clearly indicate that I would be enrolled in any ongoing subscription or subject to recurring charges.
After completing the process, I received the result, but I realized this service wasn't what I wanted, so I canceled it on May 25 before the one-week free trial ended.
Later, I noticed a $14.99 charge on my account from May 30 that I did not authorize as a recurring payment.
I immediately contacted the company by email to request to refund of the $14.99 charge.
I received a generic automated email that did not address my issue and instead included a link, rather than properly resolving the matter.
I plan to email them back to resolve the matter civilly, but if not, I will escalate this as a dispute and report it to the credit company and Better Business Bureau as fraud.
Read the reviews - Breeze KNOWS exactly what they’re doing. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Made an accidental purchase, and even if it took a while, they've refunded me! People say bad things about this site, but they're support team was really helpful. Even if it is only a bot at first, it gives you clear instructions and they do get back to you. Thanks Breeze!

It’s a scam ! They will keep card details and try to charge you again and again even if you never authorized it!
Following their response, kindly not that you DO not try to make this process transparent!!! You did not ask if I want to subscribe with you! You simply used the card I paid to donate as described a once of to get the results. In addition to the above to cancel the subscription you have to go through some loops before you are able to cancel. 100% misleading 100% not acceptable for a legit company!

Scammers.
Agreed to pay £1 for a test result, result never received but almost immediately after taking the £1 they tried to charge me £14.99. Luckily monzo blocked the transaction before it was taken and now I have had monzo completely block any future transactions from Breeze.
Avoid like the plague. Remember, this is a mental health service apparently, so the people they are trying to get with their dodgy transactions are technically vulnerable people.
*Addition. The response received is untrue. my bank blocked the transaction before it went through and as seen by many reviews from people who experienced the same.
I stand by my comments of avoiding this company. Their trust pilot rating speaks volumes.

Well I didn't actually use the app but I was charged. However, Robert in the support team gave excellent help and acted accordingly. He helped with cancellation but his action and righteous behaviour make me actually questioning my decision!

Unwanted purchase however this was resolved and refund is pending.

I initially paid £1 for what was advertised as a “trauma test.” At the point of purchase, the service did not clearly indicate that I would be entered into any ongoing subscription or recurring charge.
After completing the process, I did not receive the promised personalised test results. Instead, I was shown generic content that did not match what was advertised.
Shortly after, I noticed a £19.99 charge taken/attempted from my account, which I did not authorise as a recurring payment.
I immediately contacted the company by email to request:
Cancellation of any subscription linked to my details
Confirmation that no further payments would be taken
A refund of the £19.99 charge
I clearly stated that I did not authorise recurring payments and that I only agreed to the initial £1 charge.
I also made it clear that I would not click third-party links to manage payments, as I expect the merchant who took the payment to handle cancellations directly.
The response I received was a generic automated email that did not address my issue and included a link rather than resolving the matter properly. Since then, I have not received any meaningful response or confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled or refunded.
What is particularly concerning is that I can see the company responding to negative Trustpilot reviews publicly, while direct customer emails are being ignored.
At this stage, I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund, and I will be escalating this as a disputed recurring card payment with my bank if it is not resolved.
I would STRONGLY advise others to read the terms very carefully and be cautious about how subscription charges are presented after the initial £1 payment.
