Transparency? Still waiting
I submitted my ACH transfer early in the morning on the 25th, which was a banking holiday. I have been checking daily since then and still waiting on the transfer to switch from 'processing' to completed.
They use Standard ACH so I'm not really sure why the platform that is using this provider lists an instant bank transfer option as well as a debit card option for redemptions as it is neither. I chose instant bank transfer after realizing that the debit card option wasn't really allowing me to do a card transfer.
Disappointed to find out that it is Standard ACH. Regardless, this provider feels on the slower end compared to others I've experienced.
Will bump my rating up once my ACH actually reflects.
So I finally received the email from breeze confirming my small ACH transfer was finally processed on their end. (Submitted at 4 am on Monday the 25th. Took all the way until 1 am on the 28th to be processed.)
Honestly? For a $100 ACH redemption submitted early Monday morning, a lot of people would expect it to at least be processed by Tuesday daytime, not 1 AM Wednesday. I cannot add any stars to this provider and WON'T BE USING FIAT EVER AGAIN HOPEFULLY :)
