Great customer service.

I ordered the wrong item and immediately upon placing the order realized my mistake and sent an email. I got a response within minutes that someone would look into it and get back to me. The next morning I had an email that my order had been changed to the item I wanted AND I was being refunded because it was less than the one I paid for. Unfortunately, they still shipped the wrong one. But, upon their request, I sent them picture of the wrong item. They not only sent me the correct one but told me to keep just the wrong one. I am very pleased and quite impressed with this company's customer service. Keep it up and God bless.

Company is hiding some important facts about their products. Extremely slow and questionable shipping.

Very vague, to the point of deception, that the products are manufactured in and shpped from China. The company ia NOT physically located in the US! Do a simple Google search of 30n North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY. Its a front for numerous fraudulent LLC's. Charged my credit card before shipment. Was still waiting for delivery 8 days after ordering.
USPS Tracking number they provided did not even come back to their company in USPS Informed delivery
Their emails are obviously AI generated.
Company does not reveal where their products are manufactured.
A deep dive shows CHINA.
Not real confident of the quality / quality control
These are also expensive and their refund policy is very draconian to customers, since this is ( if it shows up ) going to take nearly 2 weeks from date of order to arrive, the 30 days policy is really more like 14 at best, if "business days" 10. Now, despite providing everything, other than personal information, in this 2 star review, Trustpilot will drop it if I don't continue to respond? Excellent way to skew your review data to the positive side.

We also want to share that because we serve customers globally, we operate multiple fulfillment hubs outside the U.S. to help streamline shipping and reduce costs. That said, all products go through quality checks before being dispatched.

Regarding the payment and return policy — payment is captured at the time of order (as is standard across online platforms), and our 30-day return window begins upon delivery, not the order date. If a delay occurs in transit, we’re always willing to work with you to make things right.

Best All Around: lasting, cheaper, no chemicals

I bought the cat and dog collar combo, so convenient by the way, about 8 months ago and I was impressed with the results! Once I put the collar on my pets, I literally saw fleas jumping off of them! I was skeptical at first, but that definitely convinced me. They really do last for around 8 months. I just ordered some new ones for my pets last week. Way better than a Seresto collar, lasts the same amount of time, way cheaper, and no nasty chemicals on your pet. This is the best all around!

2 BIG problems with this company

2 problems with this company….#1 they only ship out your order if you report them to PayPal/credit card company. #2 it took me until tonight to finally realize that my dogs itching & scratching problem started when I put the collar on him. He has been scratching his face, neck & ear area (aka the area that the collar sits on him) so bad that his ears have swelled up and became hot & inflamed. It’s the saddest thing. I ripped it off of both my dogs and threw them in the trash. A complete waste of $78. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Disappointed in the product

I purchased 2 flea collars for my two cats and after a week of the collars being on them they both are still itching like crazy and I just read an article that essential oils are toxic to cats i feel like it was a waste of money and I wish I could get my money back

The collar smells very nice and it's…

The collar smells very nice and it's stopped my cat from itching and has improved her skin I definitely prefer it to drops and seems to work a lot better.

Also she's not getting traumatised by me trying to get the drops onto her so she's much happier!

I just received the three cat collars…

I just received the three cat collars today. My cats stay indoors but I have a dog that goes out and back in, probably carrying a flea or two. I trust the collars will protect my cats from fleas and ticks.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Any flea collars that use essential oils will be toxic to your cats. You can read the science about essential oils and felines. They cannot process essential oils through their liver.
No topical products or flea collars for cats should ever have essential oils in them!

GAME CHANGER

Not only do you have excellent response to emails but this product is AMAZING before my cats would literally run and hide because they could smell the harsh chemical in the topical flea and tick medication. Not only that, I live in the state of Florida and we are notorious for both. I had a cat that was suffering big time. I'm talking completely chewed up and she kept licking and digging no matter what I did for her. As soon as I put the collar on within an hour she completely stopped licking and scratching. I was spending upwards of $135 every 2 months for flea and tick treatment. I'm on a fixed income so this is not feasible but I 100% recommend this product. It's a total game changer

I ordered these for my cats and never…

I ordered these for my cats and never received them.. Now im running around sending emails almost daily trying to get my money refunded for a product i never recieved… they were quick to say they were delivered but not to my door…I literally live in an apt community and they delivered it to the boxes but instead of delivering to my address they just set the package ontop of the mailboxes so anyone could of stolen them. I’ve already purchased some other flea collars for my cats and just want my money bak…Beware of this company they have a US address in Wyoming but ship their products from China…

Very compassionate company

I placed an order for my dog and then my dog passed away by getting hit by a car. I had to cancel my order and they were very understandable and cancelled my order.....they are going to refund me......
