Don’t get stressed out …

I’ve lost 13-15 lbs on Brello (terzepatide.). I encourage these cautions… be diligent in eating protein at every meal and snacks. Drink a lot of water, get plenty of rest, and your exercise in. Those things are extremely important. I had an unfortunate experience involving being over stressed, a sudden death in family and subsequent frustration. Not due to the medication, severe stress caused me to stop eating, I lost 7 lbs very quickly and wasn’t supplying myself with protein as a result my hair started falling out. Dermatologist said it was the terzepatide, in a way it was, because it caused me to not be hungry; but my stress and grief over rode everything and eating properly stopped. I’ve lowered my dosage of terzepatide and increased my protein intake….. smoothies with protein powder, chicken etc foods that have protein and increased my food consumption, smartly of course.
Please be aware of your mental health and be prepared to eat accordingly in the event you find yourself in a situation of distress. I’m doing better now, but the hair loss is concerning, dermatologist says it could take 6 months before things turn around completely. I hope my post can help someone.

So sad they’ve gone downhill

I’ve been using Brello for GLP-1s for more than a year. Southend is by far my favorite pharmacy I’ve used. I’m so sad that the customer experience has gone so far downhill. After using GLP-1s for more than a year, I’m at a high dose, and I can’t take a chance on being moved back to a starting dose as so many others have had happen. That is not sound medical care nor a good value. And they don’t have real humans to help if you need a refund, which I certainly would if a $500 3-month supply was reduced to the starting dose.

I had a very positive experience right up until you stopped serving Florida and I had to seek help elsewhere. I would likely not have left otherwise, and I will consider returning if the need arises.

Reasonable and Effective

They were a reasonable price on tirzepatide before others started lowering their prices. I’ve had delayed shipping once when they were having difficulty keeping up with demand. I lost 74 pounds in 6 months, and just received my third shipment. Easy process with phenomenal results. Would highly recommend.

Profits over patient care

Profits over patient care. Submitted current medical documentation of current dose of GLP1. Dr disregarded and prescribed lowest dose of medicine - lowering my dose by 85% with no clinical reasoning. (I am still in the obese BMI category). I had care with them until they were no longer approved in my state so I had to get care with another provider until they were approved again. Once they got approved again, I wanted to go back to them for care - and this is what they do? I’m also reporting this particular provider to the state board as he is doing this to a high volume of patients which is increasing profits.

On it a year & highly recommend

As a 58 year old going through menopause for years it felt like, I was unable to get any weight off with diet and walking 2-3 miles several times a week consistently for a year & I could not drop more than 5 pounds. My internal numbers went down(cholesterol, blood pressure etc)but nothing changed on the exterior. I’ve been on it a year, I started March 2025 & down almost 50 lbs, numbers are all in the healthy range and was able to get off my meds & A1C is no longer in prediabetic range.. Dealing with the sagging, wrinkled skin now but thank you Brello Health, I have recommended your service to many!

Brello process is great

I switched to Brello from a local…

I switched to Brello from a local medical spa and saved a ridiculous amount of money and actually started to see more progress. In a couple years they have kept their promise and not raised rates or changed the product! Highly recommend!

I love Tirzepatide

I love Tirzepatide, It is the best thing that has happened to me. controls my OCD, Binge eating disorder. I eat healthy because I have control.My weight is done where I love it to be. I will never go off of it. Love Love it
