Very slow

First: The bulbs, WHEN your receive them, are in good shape and high quality. That is important.

But: The Brent and Becky's website needs a serious upgrade. You can grow old waiting for pages to load. It is also very clunky and counter-intuitive. It is out of step with online shopping.

And: Pay very close attention to the smallprint when you order. There is a "process date"- usually about 10 days from when you pay. That is when they begin packing. So it takes a long time to receive orders.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Deceptive!
I ordered and paid for bulbs in May, to be delivered in the fall for planting.
I never got my order, and never got notice of delivery.
They told me their website said "processing."
I finally did my own research and found---proven by a photo--that my order was delivered to an incorrect address.
Brent and Becky's would not fully refund me---unbelievable! I let the Better Business Bureau know and disputed it with my credit card company.
Shame on them!

Best customer service experience ever!

I can't remember when I've had a kinder, more helpful and positive customer service experience! The bulbs I've received from Brent and Becky's are thriving and their selection is extensive. I'd never go anywhere else!

Website not user friendly

Website not user friendly. Extremely difficult and frustrating to use.

Discussing problems with them is a waste of time.

As with MagicKitchen, I'll be happy to provide an analysis at my usual consulting fee

Gift Card Misrepresentation

Their website shows their gift card to be an individual folded actual card printed with their lovely logo on front and one would assume the printed particulars on the inside and with a matching envelope - greeting card style, appropriate for gift giving. Instead what was sent is a common computer printout form anyone could do -email quality - filled in with ballpoint pen with a misspelling to boot. Horrible. How to make this gift to my friend appear special will be up to me now but thank goodness I didn't have them send it directly. I chose them specifically because they offered an actual card when others sites stated paper emails so I bypassed them. No class. Such a small detail but big impact. Will not use them again. Really poor presentation.

I didn't receive anything. Lose 110.40 USD

I bought first order 110.40 USD on brentandbeckysbulbs.com on March 16th 2020 and wait to receive them. but it's lost because brentandbeckysbulbs change my receiver name and I never receive Fedex message for shipping information. I contact my household, Fedex and brentandbeckysbulbs to help in lost package. But brentandbeckysbulbs just say we are shipped please contact Fedex. You ship with no signature required service. Yes, I do now. But it hard to do in this case. I want to know what's name on first package that you change. I lose 110.40 USD not receive anything. and very disappointed in your service a lot. It's first time but it's lost. He was blocked my Facebook already.
