Went there to get a long length of timber. Staff in the office and out in the yard were all very helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for and had it delivered. Would definitely use them again.

Needed some timber to undertake a minor task at home. However, this wasn't your normal run of the mill task. But to be fair, all the staff were extremely supportive and nothing was a problem. Thank you guys.

In terms of a great experience...Lets put it down to a greater effort overall.
I've used Brentwood Timber on a number of occassions in the past.
What has been a notable difference recently, has been the extra effort and focus to attend to the customer. It's obvious that extra attention has been paid to orders and turnaround times and the ability to deliver at a competitive price....on time! Obviously Steve has had an input into ensuring he has the right personnel with the right attitude and work ethic within the office and staff team. As they say "you are as only as efficient as the people that work for you".Experience, knowledge, service, attention to detail...topped with a great attitude and efficiency, with a pleasant engaging sales delivery. It can only bode well for present and future business.No complaints.
