I'm really sorry you have seen fit to give us a 1 star review but as we explained, you ordered an item that is a 'Pre-Order' product. It clearly states that in two separate places on the page. We also made the situation clear in the newsletters we sent out promoting the launch and in our social media posts advertising it. It will be dispatched as soon as it comes into stock.
We're really sorry if that's not satisfactory but we feel we have done as much as we can to make it clear to customers.

If you're talking about supermarket pricing (Waitrose excepted) and four packs then perhaps but I don't think generally we're any more expensive than comparable brands...
You bought a 'Supply Drop' premium gift pack, so naturally the additional packaging is going to add a premium to the price you paid.
If you'd bought the beer as single tins or by the case, you'd have paid quite a bit less.

Great beer, great snacks, really enjoyed drinking it. A shame that because of Brexit i had to pay an arm and a leg to import it into The Netherlands, still worth it though.

Products always arrive well packaged, the packaging itself is fun and innovative. Any issues and customer service are very helpful and resolve quickly. The beers themselves are really nice and theres a good selection. I have purchased a couple of the ' kit' boxes now and really enjoyed these. The glasses are lovely too. Will definately purchase again.
