If you search on UK homebrew forums, you'll find lots of positive feedback for Brewbuilder. This is not least because you get helpful responses when you contact them. (You sometimes have to be patient as it's the owner, Mark aka "Mr Lardy", responding to all emails. But I'd rather wait for a knowledgeable reply than get an immediate canned response from a call centre!)
I've bought a fair number of different things from them over the years, and always been happy with my purchases. The kit is generally not overly-fancy, but good quality. Brew pots are thicker than the ones you would buy from Italy, and cheaper than the American brands. Their conical fermentors are generously-sized and well-made (though unfortunately, as yet, not available with any insulating jacket).
Also, when I had a big order to come to France, they were happy for me to arrange my own shipping (which saved a bit of money).
I would certainly recommend them.
I shopped once at brewbuilder.co.uk. They have a large selection of high quality brew equipment at very fair prices. Customer service is also quite good. The only drawback is that freight rates to Europe mainland (DK) is quite expensive.
