Great company to deal with. Loads of choice and good quality. Great prices and knowledgable staff. My last order was out of stock but they gave me the opportunity to cancel or wait a few extra days. Return Issues
It is unfortunate that I have to be writing a negative review since their wallpaper is wonderful. I was offered an opened return window (offered being the key word) and when I sent a follow up email (thankfully) asking a postage question, they said they would not be taking it back. Without warning. I had emailed about the return process before placing my order to make sure it was possible and now I am stuck with ten additional rolls. I have the email chain proving what was offered and that it changed without warning but it didn't change anything. Make sure you buy what you need because you will have a rude wake up call if you need to return any of it.

We are disappointed to receive your review. In our communications regarding your return, we stated that we would be willing to make an exception since you were looking at making the return the following week once the job was complete. We did not state that the return had an “opened return window”. In one of our replies to you, we stated that “we had offered to make an exception if needed not keep the return window open” We did not hear back from you for 44 days from when you asked to make the return. By the time we heard back from you, the paper was no longer going to be sold, so we were unable to accept the rolls back since it had been too long and we were no longer able to make an exception. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings or miscommunication about this matter. We are grateful for your business and happy that you are pleased with your wallpaper.

Free samples are very helpful
Getting the free samples was very helpful in ensuring I chose the right material for my shades. Samples arrived quickly and I was able to make an informed decision. Blinds came on time and were easy to install. Just wished I would have gotten the liners as the bamboo alone does not really do much to block the sun.

Ease of webpage
I have purchased wallpaper several times from Wallpaperdirect and what keeps me a return customer is the ease of navigating their webpage. I have visited other online wallpaper companies but my patience quickly runs out with all the hoops I have to jump through just to get a price for a double roll! Wallpaperdirect carries a huge selection and varying price points, they have wonderful sales and excellent customer service. Go ahead and look at the others, but I know I will always end up buying from Wallpaperdirect.
