Great product. Took a reasonable amount of time to build my bag and ship. My only issue was the shipping cost and time for delivery. Outside of their hands I guess but better shipping options would be... See more

You get excellent customer service every time you call, no robots that want to walk you through a long menu. The product is of the finest quality and if you need an education on how to use it properly they are glad to walk you threw the process!
Not good in corser sizes for fermentation.
The 800 micron bag when used for 'on grain' fermentation without any boiling process has significant cleanup issues -- possibly some manufacturing issues in my view. For some reason the seams on the mesh overlap at the bag seam area. That is not the case for the finer 200 micron mesh bag.
The effect is that debris and particles gets trapped in this overlap area and cleaning the bag took over 90 minutes and a toothbrush. Suggestions that this is not important do not reflect practical knowledge of 'on grain' fermentation.
Use of this bag in this application made the mashing process more difficult and more time consuming. The intention was to strain out the grain in preparation for further processing. The effect was a cleanup mess.
Bag re-use requires stringent cleaning process.
Very disappointing.

This Bag never fails
This Bag never fails! Made to order and always manufactured with the highest quality. This is my second Bag and I will be ordering more in the future!!
Nice product size
What made the experience good was the fact that we could get the size that we wanted. For a long time we had been searching for such a size, and we finally found it. Now we just need something with both physical size and micron size. That would be GREAT!!
Bag is well-made and sturdy
Bag is well-made and sturdy. I provided measurements and sized up 1/2" because I was between sizes. I recommend sizing down a bit because the bag is loose in the brew kettle. The pulley system works, but I don't recommend it if you use more than 30-35 lbs of grain. I used 40 lbs, and it was a struggle with this small of a pulley system.

The Bag and Pullley worked out great for my very first brew
I used the bag and pulley for my very first brew. It made an All-Grain batch much easier.
Works great, SS Brewtech 1V
I got the 400 micron bag. It fits the kettle perfectly, feels durable, and worked great! I used it without a false bottom and there were no issues or scorching on the bag at all. Would definitely recommend.
Best Bag You Can Buy
Fast Shipping. This is my second bag and wanted it for a back up. Couldn't remember what size I needed but there is a sizing help aid on the website. Sent the exact one. Keep thinking that this bag is going to split at some time. I've brewed 50+ batches of homebrew using the same bag. It is stained a brownish tone from the dark malts that I use in Stouts, but still maintains its integrity with no signs of impending failure and I squeeze this thing like crazy to get every drop out of it!

I ordered a bag to fit inside the grain basket of a brewzilla and it fit prefect. Thank you
Great product and customer service.
This brewbag was a perfect fit.

My old brew bag has over 200 brews and was still functional but getting a little worn. I do not use metal tools when brewing just a large wooden spoon to stir grain.
New bag is fairly priced and came quickly.

Only 4 stars because I had to order a new bag after 7 years, and it's supposed to be the 'last brew bag you'll ever need'. Otherwise, a perfect fit for my 10-gal cooler, and a great way to keep grain out of the kettle.
The brew bag does what it says it does!!
The bag is built well and the time from order to ship and receive was as promised. My only wish was that it could have had a hole for my recirculation system, the bag essentially blocks the return pipe access, a few adjustments to the set up and return hose and so far so good.
