Every single item I've ever been shipped is always of the very highest quality, from the original manufacturer. No seconds, and no defects, ever.
2. the customer service is unbelievable. Having a problem with an order? They're back at you in less than 30 minutes. Having problem finding an item, they'll see if they can get it into the store for you.
