Placed the order, money taken, and followed the Relai Direct tracking.
The goods never turned up.
I now realise from other reviews this is a fraudulent company. I must remember next time to read reviews first. I will follow the correct procedures for reporting this, but don't hold out any hope for getting my money back.
Ordered from this company on 10th May, the delivery company called Relais said it had been delivered. I emailed Bricome and they replied that they would send out a replacement
