Been with Briant for quite a while now. Very responsive to any problems. Rarely any issues. Well priced, fast and reliable service

This team goes above and beyond for customers!
When I first spoke to Briant broadband we didn't even have fibre to our flat building, Only that old Virgin media coax rubbish.
They powered through all the legal forms and communications with the land agent, getting a brand new fibre cable run to my building within a month!
While we were waiting they even installed a wireless alternative for a lower monthly fee which also ran amazingly.
After installation we had some teething issues but every time something popped up Ferdi in the office or Ryan the engineer turned up or to resolve them.
I get around:
850mb/s download
860mb/s Upload
3 Ping and low latency
Virgin media was faster but Briant is more stable, far cheaper and lower ping for gaming!
My only constructive criticism would be replacing the TP link routers for something a bit more beefy when having a 1Gb/s line, I have replaced mine with a more powerful router and defiantly reap the rewards.
Thank you everyone at Briant broadband for freeing me from the shackles of Virgin media and being so helpful!

Briant Broadband made such a difference to me, my home and my home based business. Before...unable to upload data to the Cloud, mobile reception abysmal, home TV forever buffering. After...just under 1Mbs, upload and download, people can actually hear what I am saying on the mobile (using WiFi calling), we can now watch BBC iPlayer, ITVX etc without a problem. A local company who provide a fabulous service and if you have a query or problem you can actually speak to human being. What more do you want?

Wonderful organisation. Quick to respond to any issues. Very professional but extremely friendly, highly knowledgeable. We’ve been with Briant since 2021 and will continue to be with them.
Been with Briant for nearly a year
Been with Briant for nearly a year, reliable broadband. The only issue is that the IPv6 keeps going off. I can reset it by disabling it on my router and then re-enabling it but I shouldn't have to do that.

The actual internet it self has worked perfectly, but the customer service or lack of is the problem. Three times have emailed and been ignored every time. They quick enough to take the money but once service taken out like to ignore you. Because of this my router is unable to be fully set up properly like I would want it to be..

Excellent WiFi and even better service!
I rang briant broadband to install fibre in my property after trying countless others who kept booking me in for installation just to let me down on or near installation date. From calling to install was only 2 weeks and I was so impressed with the whole process and how professional it was. The installer Ryan was excellent. Ryan was on time, polite, efficient and took time out of his day to explain everything thoroughly. I’m so happy with my download speeds and the monthly price on offer for the 1GB was fantastic. I highly recommend Ryan and briant broadband to anyone looking to upgrade their WiFi!

Left within 14 days cool off period. Due to poor service and terrible router.
Left they sent several emails threatening to "cancel my service with my new provider" impossible but for anyone who doesn't know any better they'd see this a valid threat. Had the broadband for 11 days but some how that amount to a £230+ bill.
Horrible company with no complaints policy's in place, avoid to save yourself the headache. Joined Octaplus and not had a problem to date.
Update as of October 1st. They are still trying to bill me for a service I haven't had for nearly 3 months

Disappointed is an understatement
I booked an installation for 1st September (arranged on 6th August on the phone) and was given a slot between 8am and 1pm. I even took the day off work to be available.
At 11:39am I called to check timings as I’d heard nothing. The person I spoke to couldn’t find my details but said they’d call me back. No one did. I had to call again at 13:40 (40 minutes after the appointment window had ended), give all of my details again, and only then received a call at 14:00 telling me they had none of my information and that the earliest they could rebook was 12th September.
Thankfully I had kept Virgin Media running for a few days to avoid downtime, but this experience has completely put me off switching. The lack of apology or accountability was disappointing, and if this is how things go before installation, I dread to think what the service would be like afterwards.
We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Excellent multi-gigabit service and helpful support
I've been using Briant Broadband’s service on the CityFibre network, and overall the experience has been great. The connection is fast, stable, and ideal for high-bandwidth tasks like large file transfers, streaming, and home server hosting. I regularly see full upload speeds and solid performance across multiple devices.
Their support team has also been helpful, especially when I wanted to use my own router. They quickly provided the necessary PPPoE credentials and VLAN info, which made setup smooth. It’s refreshing to have an ISP that supports advanced users without hassle. They are also currently helping me diagnose a connection issue and their ticket system and support team is awesome.
