The driver called an hour before delivery to give indication of his eta. He was prompt, efficient and helpful.
A excellent service with a curtesy in helping unload the delivery to the location desired. Highly recommend Briarwood product and service.

Terrible communication
The product was good but the communication was terrible. There seemed to be no communication between office and the warehouse and never anything to me except the invoice! I had to ring twice to see if they were going to finally send the sheets and then they eventually turned up on my drive without even an email, text or a call.

The staff could have not been more helpful.
The reason for knocking a star off was delivery charges.
I live less than 3 miles from the depot and was still charged £60.
That's expensive.

Read the small print. These guys supply shonky damaged materials. If the price seems too good to be true…. My order of roofing sheets was scratched through to the metal but apparently that’s in the small print. Avoid this company.
