What can I say amazing service I spoke with Stu after I was let down and he was amazing, the material were ready when I arrived as I drove up from Swansea the boys helped me load up I can’t fault this company first class service so I would definitely recommend BW to anyone who asks.

Well organised company did what they said

I am a diy person so relied on them to send the correct parts (maybe they were)
The quote and delivery all was good.
I ordered 80 mm insulated panels which are very good value.
But all the barge boards sent were 200mm to big and not rigid enough.
I ordered 150mm ones elsewhere.
I cancelled and order for 2 more from them and they kept the money and the vat?. Aftersales not very helpful and just say its in the terms and conditions of sale. Two stop ends different shades of grey but apparently I should have removed the protective film before I cut them to length to check.
So all in all if it all goes well they are good but if not they will refer you to the terms and conditions.

Briarwood supplies website easy to use with a safe straightforward ordering and payment process. The products provided were second to none, and the delivery person (member of the Briarwood family) was very professional, polite and very helpful. The delivery vehicle was absolutely immaculate and one of the best presented lorries I have ever seen, and I work in the haulage industry. Give them a try, you'll not be disappointed.

Totally messed my delivery up.
I had three different text messages, your delivery will arive at. I time was 10pm at night that I had to drive to site for each time. Them when it arrived the lorry was to big to get up the drive after I’d requested 3 time for a small lorry delivery. I understand things can go sideways and I would have given them a second chance until Rueben emailed with a so called apology in which he insinuated that I was a liar.
I will take my business to cladco in future.

Indifferent quality composite sheets.Not clear on website that the top sheet is polyester painted rather than plastisol

From start to finish the ordering process over the telephone was spot on staff good knowledge of the product and what was required to complete the project. Delivery went to plan again driver very helpful

Delivery did not turn up on day u said it also said anthracite I ordered green as my existing. Building is already green wen it arrived driver was not told I needed a hour notice to get back from work , the driver was fantastic he couldn’t do enough he deserves a pay rise u don’t want to loose him

top class firm - i had to wait another week to receive my roof sheets because they are so busy. you can tell if a firm is good when customers are queuing up to buy their products.
My garage roof is finished - looking super.

I did abandon asking the sales team for advice via E-mail. (A less experienced customer may not have ordered regardless)

(The branded adhesive tape on everything resisted every attempt to remove it & needs changing.)
