Briarwood gave a fast and efficient delivery to our store. I supplied a drawing to see it there were any shortfalls in my order, but this was ignored, we received what we ordered which was great.

The driver Tony phoned to arrange a date to drop of our supplies and gave us options for dates. When the supplies came Tony was more than willing to help, he was lovely and chatty and stood and spoke to myself and my husband. He was very polite and helpful and took to time to learn our names. Tony helped us to bring the supplies in even going further and helping us carry them though to the back. He ensured everything was there and left with a "bye" to each of us.

Delivery driver was amazing- Having been delayed on the A14 for nearly 3 hours, delivered and unloaded off an articulated lorry with fork lift in the dark.

Very pleased with roofing materials, service and price.

Well what makes me give a high score is because of josh I've phoned him quite a lot about how to fix certain things and he was very helpful did not once reject my calls,If I had a quibble about anything it would be the lack of a install guide for the guttering, but saying that josh was at hand so well done lads,great product highly recommended 😀.

Product is fantastic and we are really happy with the roofing materials. However the delivery was a bit of a faff, it took 3 attempts to arrange delivery. You can't pick a delivery date so the first time, we were not available and had to go to the back of the queue for another delivery slot. 2nd time the driver was very late meaning staff that had been waiting all day were no longer available to receive the goods. Each time took a lot of effort to arrange and work out what was going on.

Easy ordering service. Great communication throughout. Lovely delivery chap Tom. Very impressed with overall service and he was competitive prices. Thank you. Will use again and recommend.

Paul was on time and really helpful .

He had texted me the day before and before arriving .. so I was able to get back in time for the delivery without worrying .

The delivery was long pieces of timber that were too heavy for 1 person to move around . So I really appreciated Paul’s help moving them to where I needed them
