The reason for my one-star review is due to the fact that my package was not shipped to the correct residence.

As a 50 yr old male who is fairly new to the daily skin care routine, Brickell products have been nothing less than amazing. I started out with a sampler pack, and from there, I have purchased multiple products including face wash, moisturizer, shave butter & sea salt spray to mention a few. I have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased and have recommended Brickell products to alot of my friends.

The Brickell website is easy to use, with a great description of all of the products, which I appreciate when it comes to deciding which products are best for my daily skin care routine. Brickell products are shipped extremely fast and arrive when promised.

Excellent products that work very well together for a complete skincare experience

I am 74 years old and have had acne and oily skin nearly all my life. I happened to discover the face wash after receiving a sample in a kit that arrived with my first order of hair wash, that I also loved. The face wash leaves my face refreshed and has a mint feeling after using it. I use it in the morning and evening and my skin is much less oily now. I was lucky to discover such a wonderful product.

I am impressed by the exceptional quality of the skin care products, which boast outstanding ingredients and offer a diverse range of options!

I've been a Brickell customer for several years now. I have used a wide variety of their products, from moisturizers, to shampoo and eye serum. Brickell products have all been consistent in quality at a good price. They are worth trying out if you are in the market for great skin and hair care.

The products are EXCELLENT! My hair, scalp, face, skin all feel great! The product is as advertised, which is rare these days!! I will definitely be a recurring customer! Thank you for great products.

Support staff was ready and able to help me choose the right products for my skin. Brickell product samples were a big part of my choice. Seeing is believing.

Wow - what an experience it has been.
Delivery took almost 4 weeks - support blaming Amazon fulfillment (if it's a know issue - maybe logistics need re-evaluation?)

Products arrived and looked decent, although packaging is very last decade - so much plastic!

But the worst was when I applied the deodorants. I used up my existing other products and then started to use Brickell. I got a serious rash within 2 hours - it took 4 days to ease the symptoms. I waited a few more days and tried a second deodorant from my delivery, only on one side and only a small quantity, just to confirm it's their product causing the issue. Within 2 hours I had the same symptoms under the arm again.
I've contacted support again and all they have to say is 'it's past our return policy'. Just wow. Not only seriously harming products, but also zero customer service. I will seek legal advise on this. This scam has be stopped.

Have been using Brickell Men's Products for years and have always had a great experience with their products. Their products don't use harsh chemicals and always leave my skin looking and feeling great.

Brickell Men makes great stuff. They ship quick and are responsive via email. Ive made multiple orders and never had an issue.
