If you intend to grow your company
If you intend to grow your company, a live person to talk with would be helpful. I have an HSA which requires a note of medical necessity for your products. You site does not have my HSA available, and there is no way to talk to anyone. I don't need an AI attendant; I need someone who can understand my issue and provide assistance. Until you are able to provide such assistance, I will not recommend your product, and this will be my last purchase. There is no reason for me to pay out of pocket when I have thousands of dollars sitting in an HSA that your company is unable to assist me in using!

The website is user-friendly.
The subscription plan is SUPER user-friendly, allowing me to pause or cancel any plan without canceling my account. Example: I went with gummies elsewhere instead of this drink mix because I will eat them easier than make a drink. (But this IS the BEST drink mix I've ever had!) I came back to check this subscription (to be sure nothing was active), and because this account is still active and AVAILABLE for me, I found a new product I can't wait to try!
You guys rock. Love it.

More positives than just weight loss.
I was unsure about any weight loss product as so many are scams. I listen to Dan Bongino daily and he has said that he lost weight with it, so I am giving it a try. I am only a few days into it and I have immediately noticed that I have energy where I didn’t use to have any. I am not getting sleepy during the day, and I haven’t had any cravings for sweets. That alone makes it worth it. My mood is better and the poor health I have been suffering from isn’t such a constant problem. Any weight I lose will just be icing on the cake. I am turning 67 this month. My mood is better now than it has been in the past 10 yrs. Weight isn’t everything. At least I feel I have a chance.
