Product never delivered, never reimbursed
I ordered a product for my son. It was shipped and during the shipment process, it was returned to the warehouse for some unknown reason. It never reached our house. I contacted Brickkk customer service. At first they were very nice and promised to send another product to us. We had missed Christmas, my son was extremely disappointed, but it was better than nothing. But nothing arrived. When I recontacted them, they said they had reimbursed me. I never received the money back. I sent copies of my bank statements to prove my word: silence from customer service. This has now been 6 months!
