Unprofessional And Arrogant.

The architectural services provided by Bricks & Pieces are good. They produced some nice designs and their salesman Paul was very pleasant. During the initial visit to our property Paul did request that we left him a five star review before any work had been carried out which I found very odd. Communication was a constant problem and updates on our extension plans were not forthcoming. We paid a lot of money to receive a service that meant we could sit back and relax while builders were sourced for us, which they were eventually but, poor communication and an obvious lack of interest in our project meant we had lost all confidence in Paul and his team. Very disappointing.

I Paid For A Gold Service But Did Not Receive One. Stay Away!

I felt positive and excited after my first meeting with Paul who delivered a passionate sales pitch which led us to believe we were in safe hands. The drawings produced were very pretty and of a good standard however, once our planning application was excepted all communication seemed to stop. This was disconcerting because we had paid for a ‘ gold service ‘ which meant builders and quotes would be sourced for us. Communication was a constant problem and I had to email regularly to find out what was going on. I lost all confidence in Paul and Bricks and Pieces because our project was obviously put on the back burner and of no real interest. Communication was so lacking I decided to right off the £1500 I had paid for the gold service and source my own builder. This was the best move I could have made as Frank and his team worked diligently and kept me well informed. I’m sure plenty of people are happy with Bricks and Pieces but my experience with them was terrible.
