Just read the other reviews. Wish I had seen these before I ordered it. Like the others I have received the bag but no stool. Have emailed three times and had no reply. Do not use this company.

Would give no stars if possible. I also conned over Garden Kneeler And Seat Double Bags . Received one bag. Tried to cancel after I order it due to long delivery time and was told I could not. NEVER USE.

Would have liked to give zero stars. Like all the other poor people on here, I have received just a canvas bag and no garden kneeler!! I will be contacting trading standards.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the kneeling stool and only received the canvas tool bag. After emailing three times, I received a reply stating that I should return the item to their warehouse...in China at my cost!! Conned for sure!

Horrible service extremely rude stuff And very arrogant at Crevillente Branch, No help whatsoever , I try to chase the guy he’s in the bathroom section, ( Rubin ) today 03/07/20 I want him to assist me as I want to refurbish eight apartments, I asked him for the reference number for the bathroom screens ,As I liked the one on the display I wanted the same one but with a different colour, The guy he insisted he want me to go to the front desk and speak to them even is working on that section! I have mentioned I cannot order the item if I am not sure about the correct reference code! The guy just want to get rid of me and to send me to the front,I wanted to the front desk spoke to the lady she told me to wait I waited for a while and I left I was so fed up from the whole place, This is not the first time you did happen to me in the past when they tell you I’m coming , but they don’t turn up , just to escape inside and you don’t see them again! They have lost a customer and I’m sure I’m not the only one customer was willing to spend a lot of thousands of euros In these difficult economic time

It should be zero. Another one conned. My 82 yo Mum ordered that kneeler. Surprise! Green pocket arrived nothing else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. APPALLING

Another mug caught out by this company. I also got the tool bag but no kneeler. Emailed them them but no reply,

I recently ordered a kneeler from Brico at a cost of £29.99 and to date have only received a green fabric tool holder which is useless without the kneeler, there was no invoice either. I’ve twice emailed the company for an update as to when the order will be completed and have not received a reply. My advice to any would be purchaser is avoid at all cost. I’d score Brico a -5

I am another one that has been CONNED - ordered the Kneeler off Facebook Advert - just got the bag and nothing else - wont be buying off any adverts on Facebook any more.

Like many others here I ordered a kneeler with side bags on 24th June. Side bag has arrived but no kneeler and judging by other reviews I'm not going to get it although I will be emailing the company. Lesson learned stick to what you know even if a little dearer. This company should be shut down and Facebook remove their adverts absolute scammers it seems

I ordered a kneeler for my dad, the pocket for the tools arrived in an envelope and no kneeler, I have emailed 3 times had no reply and no refund and no product, what can anyone do with the pocket for tools without the kneeler!!

Very disappointed on customer service. Placed order #7745, and literally 1 or 2 hours later, I emailed to cancel. Adviced by email the following evening, that it was too late to cancel!! Shocking service, especially with it saying delivery likely to be 15 to 25 days !! I will NEVER use this site again, not family or friends. Appalling attitude!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 Garden Kneelers with side bags and after 3 weeks received 2 side bags for which I paid £60. I have e-mailed the company, and received no reply. I wish I had seen the reviews about the kneelers and the company before I ordered. They had the cheek to say that they were 50% off! I would advise people not to deal with this company.

I ordered a garden kneeler with tool bag. All that came was the tool bag. It cost 30.00. I have tried to contact them but no joy also E mailed them but dont answer. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from this company

I recently took delivery of an item from this company. On the advertisement I believed I was purchasing a garden kneeling stool and small canvas tool bag at £29.99
When the item arrived they had only sent the tool bag.
I emailed asking where the stool was and was told that if I wanted the stool I needed to pay £119.
I sent a picture of my sales invoice showing the description of the complete item. I had a repeated email, obviously not a considered reply. I then asked for details of how I could return the product as I can purchase a bag from amazon for £7.99 if I wanted one.
They responded with another email which said because it was on a special offer it could not be returned. There was no invoice or any other paperwork in the packaging. Absolutely appalling service.

Very poor customer service by Natthalie at Brick Depot Diners. Rude to customers and unhelpful. Could do with further training in how to treat customers fairly.

I like the range of products in Brico depot and stock levels for what you see are 50% better than Leroy Merlin. However customer service is poor. Frequent queues of more than 5 people at checkout and a person at the customer service desk tapping away at the keyboard doing what ! In the yard outside dont expect any help , my wife had to lift 2 40kg bags of plaster in the car 5 mins before an attendant was in sight but when needed he was nowhere vanished. I noticed over 50 rolls of multifilament insulation dripping wet and bags full of water I placed some on the floor as I considered unsalable . Attendant put them back on the shelf. Chevrons buckled like horseshoes I placed on the floor attendant put them back . Not once (in 5 years) offered help with anything only if you ask or beg. All needs a good shake-up
