I wanted to order a bridal bouquet holder but was having a bit of an issue with my emails. I reached out to Customer Service, expecting to wait a couple of days for someone to get back to me, and to my surprise someone replied within 10 minutes and solved my issue completely. They were so friendly, and it was a lovely interaction. I placed my order on the 20th September, and it got delivered in the UK today the 29th September. That is extraordinarily fast these days. The bouquet holder was packaged so securely, and it is absolutely beautiful. It is made of high quality materials, and exactly like the pictures. I am over the moon with it, and cannot wait to use it on my wedding day. Thank you so much Bridal Port for such a wonderful experience!!
