If You Have Insurance They want to scam…

If You Have Insurance They want to scam the insurance.
Needed extraction, Took Xray galore then scheduled for one week Today at visit they said I was to start with cleaning that was 2 visits and extraction to be scheduled to 3 to for weeks . I did Not ask for Cleaning just simple extraction. ALL a Scam.

Brident Dental's billling practices are…

Brident Dental's billling practices are the worst I have ever encountered. My husband went to get work done and they demanded he pay before they even bill our insurance or they will not treat him. We have insurance, I've asked they bill our insurance and we will pay after my insurance pays however billing manager at Four Hills Perfect Teeth advised us to come back when he has the money to pay his out of pocket. Very, very poor customer service

The worst Dental Clinic on the Planet…

The worst Dental Clinic on the Planet hands down. I walked out the last time as the lady taking my X-rays shoved the plastic trays in so hard she drew blood. I asked her to slow down and realize I have very few teeth on the bottom and being fitted for a partial. and I need a second to bite down. I had to ask her to be nice and she just said I needed to calm down so incredibly unprofessional and just flat out mean. She led me to the dentists chair and grabbed me to take my BP. I had to just give myself permission to get out of that place. So! Found a new Dentist! Who after examining me says who did your dental
Work? I said BRIDENT. She put me where I could see on camera she could show me the shoddy work. Dentists filled 5 cavities with the wrong material, did not seal their work and there was pitting and rough edges everywhere. Decay reappearing around the edges and all work had to be redone. Then I had to explain why I was submitting invoice to Humana for the Same teeth I had worked on less than a year ago. They have been reported to the Dental Board of Examiners in Austin Texas. I had an interview with Humana demanding they not be allowed to provide dental care for anyone. My new Dentist says these are basic dental
Skills. In addition The front desk is not interested and they are unfriendly and rude. Office manager has been new every time I go there. You cannot make an appt. Unless you go in person. I have been cancelled out several times. If I could leave 5 piles of dung instead of stars I would easily do that. One dentist who worked on me talked as though I wasn’t even there complaining about the place to another dentist. Run away from this place. This one is in HURST Texas on Precinct line Rd. My friends have had similar nightmares at other offices. The staff is still in training or just go wherever needed. They will never see you again and they don’t care even a little. Avoid this place like the plague! I hope everyone sees this I will
Post on every place I can. I’m so glad I walked out that day. BRIDENT Dental is a disaster.

Daughter got her braces

My daughter was seen on 09/04/2024 and it was literally in and out. I was supposed to receive info on my daughter's braces payment info and the office manager at the time had an unpleasant and unwilling attitude to the point that I hung up in her face. I called back about two weeks later to get the info, and the front desk rep advised that the office manager walked off of the job. I then spoke with Abby at the Sycamore School Road location, and she advised me for a total of six weeks that she would call me back. After waiting I drove to the location to see what the holdup is, and Abby advised that she call me back in 5-10 minutes. I'm still waiting on her call back and that was three weeks ago. Now that they have a new office manager named Luz, she's RUDE and unwilling and when I asked to speak to her manager named, she then caught an attitude and placed me on hold (I'm on hold as I type for the past ten minutes) and assured me that she would email me a copy of my daughter's referral. I will be calling the complaint line at 800-326-3254

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! LOST of A LOYAL CUSOMER!!!

I copied and pasted Wanda's message, because I am too upset with this company to write my extensive list is issues. After reading her review, I agree 100% with
her. She is spot on (rather she is at the same location or not). It is sad that people are having the same issues in multiple locations. My daughter and I have been going to the Fuqua, Houston, TX, location since 2006, then Crown Dental. Since Brident has taken over it has become a disgrace.

Misleading estimates and withholding X-rays

I went to Perfect Teeth/Brident at 7850 N Silverbell Rd, Marana, AZ 85743. The office manager, Natalie, sat with me, showed me the computer, and made the estimate.
I paid $1800 as the estimate stated. Then, months later, I received a bill for $930 still owed. They claim that this amount is a RESPONSIBLE difference. It turns out that Natalie didn't code the estimate correctly.
Now, they are withholding my X-rays due to non-payment. Total frauds!
I wish I had read reviews first.
Also, the dentist was an hour late to my appointment after they gave me medication, which then stopped working because the dentist was late.

Brident Answering service does not work. I can’t contact the office except by a personal visit.

The only way to contact the office is through the Brident answering service. This service does not work. To confirm an appointment (their appt confirmation service doesn’t work either), schedule an appointment or just ask a question requires me to drive 20 + miles to the their office. This is a show stopper for me. The most basic requirement I have for a Dentist is accessibility.

Office staff can not reached by phone

I just saw a dentist there, after my visit I need something else. I called the number on the appt card. I found out there is no way I can talk to the office staff of their office at 3331 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77504. That is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have been put on hold and transfer a few time than talked to a person do not speak English. If you want to see a dentist that can be reached by phone . DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE.

Deceptive letter and advertising.

I received a letter to renew my policy or make an appointment as if I have a current policy with them. I have never been to this dentist nor do I have a policy. This is deceptive advertising. Very easy to fool elderly people who don't have the discernment to verify. Not good business practice.

First, let me point out to you....Trustpilot....that 2 one star reviews do not average out to 2.9 stars. So, Brident Dental.....I have no idea how good or bad their dental sevices are.....I couldn't get past the incompetence of their scheduling system and front desk staff. DOCTOR'S OFFICE....please..... skating rinks are better organized......Stay Away.....the last thing you want is to get trapped in the middle of any long procedures with these guys cause they're going to get cute with your billing and scheduling. Oh, and from what I've read, refunds? Like a cold day in Hell
