BBO is a great place to play bridge, anywhere and anytime, even if you don’t have a partner. The bots play good quality bridge though they do sometimes do something strange, making them feel quite human!

I love it that I can indulge in my favourite game during my ‘alone’ time. And with BBO the time just flies. Love it.

I love the BBO site for a number of reasons:
Convenience. I am playing in my own home, without having to go someplace else.
Many available games are listed all through the day, every day, so my partner and I can choose which game we prefer.
There are many opportunities to play with a partner or play by oneself.
Playing at my local bridge center is fun, but there is a good chance of being exposed to cold and flu germs, which are avoided when playing on BBO.
I think it is a marvelous bridge site.

I really enjoy playing Bridge on this app. The game playing is realistic. I enjoy being able to see how other teams did with the same hand. It’s nice to be able to play when I don’t have much time. I can easily play a few hands and then sign off.

I use the app on daily basis so many years now it seems forever. Clean interface and lots of fun. Couldnt live without it.

BBO is a great alternative to F2F. Both are needed and there ought to be a way to make both of these options viable and healthy.

My husband has mobility issues and BBO has made it possible to comfortably play Bridge at home. We settle in, one upstairs and one downstairs, and I love having my dog cozy up to me during play.

Having tried out a number of online bridge sites, I've found BBO the most user-friendly. There are so many options for playing, and the tuition is excellent. The only thing I would ask for is more ACOL special events please!

I like many of the features eg ability to play in online competetions or informal games with friends. Also like watching top players on vugraph. Almost every day I study "the hand of the daY" It was a vital resource during the pandemic and I still enjoy its features

Some robot driven bridge games give too many poor hands that provide very little room to improve and hence limited learning and overall dissatisfaction. BBO was enjoyable

I´d enjoy more "teams" games

BBO has many advantages. The very first is its convenience. Simply sit down in your favorite chair using your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone to play. The second is the lack of directors yelling at everyone to pickup the pace of play. You play in the quiet of your home. Third, you can play in your PJs if you’re so inclined. And last, no travel time using gasoline for those of us that haven’t gone electric.

Most of the time there are no annoying opponents. No one is giving you the stink-eye when you need a little time to decide on a bid. No one is drumming their fingers on the table to indicate their impatience.

If there is a downside it is this: It can make it difficult to acclimate when competing in live face to face tournaments where all those distractions exist.

BBO provides a stable platform.

When I am in the middle of session and the internet times out for whatever reason, I can reconnect the my game is right where I left it, allowing me to complete the session in spite of internet issues.

There are many small things that make playing Bridge on BBO either with robots or in person run smoothly and be enjoyable. You have to try it out to understand.
