We are absolutely thrilled with our new home from Bridge Homes Yorkshire! From the very first meeting with Mark to the seamless purchase process and exceptional aftercare, every step has exceeded our expectations. We've been living in our stunning new home for two months now, and despite the estate still being an active building site, we've been incredibly well looked after by the entire team. The building contractors are attentive, helpful, and genuinely care about their work. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Bridge Homes Yorkshire to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-built home!

Avoid and don’t waste your money! The houses are of very poor quality with no attention to detail, finished as cheap and as quick possible! For nearly a year developer refuses to resolve snagging issues despite NHBC recommendations!

We bought our house from Bridge last year. Initially we're pleased with the house and the pre sales experience, but disappointed by the customer care team. While before you buy everyone is nice and keeps you updated by phone and email, after sale no one answers phones or emails when you have a problem. We moved in more than one year ago and our snag list is still open, with the majority of issues unresolved. I've send them tons of emails asking for progress on this issues, but really difficult to hear back from them. I understand most of them are minor, but more than one year and still not sorted, that's not reasonable anymore!
We also had an issue with a broken pipe, which is a bit concerning to have a broken pipe in a brand new home, makes you question about the integrity of the work. The pipe has been repaired in a timely manner but they left the walls unpainted. After 2 months of chasing with emails and phones, we ended up fixing by ourselves.
I'm sorry for this bad review as they've been so nice and understanding before sale.
I'm happy to update my review in the future if my opinion changes.

The plans aren’t a true representation of the property. The house wasn’t actually finished on the day we moved in. We are still waiting for major snags to be fixed a year on. Sales manager (Lisa) has conveniently stopped answering her phone. Portal to report snags through has a rude and unhelpful team. Overall wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re prepared to finish the house yourself.
