I recently bought a festa st from bridgend ford, customer service was brilliant , Dean was the salesperson and I never felt pressurised. He kept in touch by email set up my tax for me and arranged to have my private number plate moved onto my new car even had new number plates made up for me. I would highly recommend Bridgend Ford . Just purchased a brand new puma from Bridgend Ford, the service I received from point of order to handover was absolutely brilliant. The staff are absolutely amazing and because of the delay with the cars build due to Covid and the chip shortage which is affecting every manufacturer they kept me informed every step of the way and the handover was absolutely amazing . Just bought a used Ford Puma from Bridgend Ford. Salesman, Dean Morgan (no relation!) was brilliant, he really looked after us, never pressurised us into making a decision. Very helpful and courteous in all his dealings with us. Would definitely recommend Bridgend Ford Used Car Sales to anyone. Just hope their servicing is as good as their sales!!

Arrived at 9.30 for a 10am MOT 2nd Nov. Receptionist said "it'll be done anytime between now and 5pm. IF I'd known this BEFORE, I could've made other plans.
Communication 0.
I also told her it needs an oil change as the warning message was on.
"Do you want a full service?"
"No, just the oil changed please".
So I sat in a cold showroom for nearly three hours on hard cold plastic seat, when my car was finally done. No oil changed.
I questioned this & was told "it'll be done on 36000 miles service". Am I supposed to drive for the next 6000 miles with a warning message saying "oil change required?"
I don't know why It wasn't done there & then.
I'd buy another car from here as sales side is excellent, but service side is not very good.

Picked up my new (used) Ford Focus today. As always - from viewing, to test drive, to collection today was a seamless process. Excellent service and communication throughout. Thank you Tom Drew and the team 👏🏻👍🏻

Went in for an oil change and an annual service. They managed to do that but somehow the funniest thing happened, the check engine light came on whilst they were inspecting it. The funny thing about it is that before the service the light was not on at all and the car is on top condition. So something funny has happened when they were doing the service and checks. And they tell me I have to pay 1k to “fix” it, if you enjoy getting mugged off than go here. I come out of this experience with more problems than I did going in. Thanks Ford.

Great service friendly efficient kept to their word . Nice easy hassle free purchase. Would definitely return.. second hand car but felt like a new one on collection. Communication was also great throughout:

After a few problems at the start I took control of my new Ford transit custom 6seater limited edition on Friday 24th September. I can't thank Andrew Harris for all that he has done in the long wait it has taken ( not his fault).
Bridgend Ford have been brilliant since I ordered my vehicle they have kept me upto date with everything from start to finish.
