This was our first time using Bridgewell Capital for a house flip.
Surprisingly the process went very smoothly.
Kate was very honest and up front with us on any issues and questions we had, which we greatly appreciated.

Next time we need hard money for another flip we will be using Bridgewell Capital again.

This is my 1st time using BridgeWell Capital and i must say it was smooth sailing all the way. John answered all my questions and best of all we closed on time! Look forward to doing more deal with John and BridgeWell.

have closed 2 deals with BWC and both went thru with out a hitch. Fees are decent they will use their own Title company and Last time they also used a Lawyer this cost more fees then was expecting. but if you have a deal and need funds I would recommend them, and use them again.

John O'Leary and Amber Berthhoff make a great team. The process was straightforward, and the closing took place rather quickly. The company definitely knows what they are doing, and I enjoy working with a professional group of people that are eager to serve. I shopped many private money sources, and Bridgewell had the best terms and professionalism that I could find. My market is not a huge metropolis, and they were willing to do the deal despite not having done many (or any) deals in my small town. I look forward to growing my business with the help of Bridgwell, and If you are on the fence about who to use, Give Bridgewell a shot.

I have used Bridgewell Capital two times going on three times now. They are a great way to obtain capital in order to flip or hold real estate investments. I have used Bridgewell Capital for funding my rehab projects for years. They provide a great experience time and time again.
