Product doesn't work at all, but they are not willing to discuss this in any way

I recently ordered some fluorescent tyre valve caps, however these are not fluorescent at all, I have requested a full refund or a replacement.. This is what they have asked me for..... What a joke..

Waybill is the receipt ( containing the details of your address, tracking no, and product name) attached to the package.
Our SKU tag (an alphanumeric code under a QR code) is attached to the inner bag.

Complete scam. Order never delivered. order conformation claims order is being complied ready for delivery. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Dont know why meta and social media platforms do not conduct due deligence on ligitimacy of companies advertsing on their platforms.
