I bought a very expensive gold bracelet for my wife’s birthday. Almost a year later the catch failed, and we contacted the store. An extremely helpful, pleasant and professional lady I believe called Sarah advised we return it for assessment, possible repair. We did do and were told some little time later that the company would replace the item. Fabulous results, very grateful, and won’t use another jeweller from now on. Thank you so much !

Brights are a fabulous asset to Scarborough. They are a traditional jewellers and over the years have fixed my jewellery , sourced jewellery for me and sold us lots of lovely things from their shop. The service is always first class. We have just bought some lovely earrings for a Goddaughter's confirmation tomorrow.

I went into Bright & Sons not sure if they could help with the cleaning of my nana’s eternity ring which I’d inherited many years ago. What a warm, genuine & kind service I received. I left with a sense that the size of your spend is irrelevant. Instead there is pride in being a longstanding and established jeweller whose focus is customer service.
